 + -1 moreThey appeared to not care that we decided to not do business with them. When you are the only one in town, I guess you can treat customers as if you are doing them a favor. :)
Description of Work: Their problem is your problem. First visit went well - they helped us figure out what material we needed, how much and priced it out for us with one delivery. When we were ready to start the project and returned to purchase we were told their machines were broken so they could not deliver in the bags and they did not have trucks that could deliver the material loose all in one trip so we would have to pay two delivery fees.

 + -1 morePiece of cake. If you have a suitable trailer or truck just weigh in on the scale and tell the guy running the front loader what you want. After getting loaded just weigh out and pay. I was in and out under 10 minutes.

 + -1 moreThe personnel at Rock Stone and Sandyard were receptive, answered all my questions, took time with me, didn't rush me into a purchase, suggested I go home to measure the area to confirm how much supply I needed, and were very helpful. Rock Stone and Sandyard made the delivery the next day on time and cleaned their vehicle to prevent any rock from damaging any vehicles traveling behind them.
Description of Work: I purchased and had colonial stack stone delivered from Rock Stone and Sandyard.
