Quality Services Moving did an excellent job of moving 14,000 pounds of our household belongings. We changed the date several times due to our closing and Mike Sipple accommodated all of our requests. Bryon, Walter D., Douglas, Ruben, Daniel, and Robin were awesome. They did everything that we asked from them including assembling all of the furniture that was disassembled for the move, and once we got to our new house, they moved boxes and furniture to the exact locations that we wanted in our house. I highly recommend Quality Services Moving.

Gary and Blake were fantastic! They moved over 7,000 pounds of our stuff from their truck into our house quickly but carefully. They were friendly, professional and super attentive - couldn’t have asked for more!

Excellent. Gary and his crew with Anthony and Tony were fantastic. They packed everything in the moving truck very well, were punctual and efficient. They were very easy to work with and would happily work with that crew again for any future moves.

The following team members Alma Lovo, Martha Rivas, Maria Hernandez, Dayanna Aguilera and Keya Grant packed all of our belongings. They were professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them because they were a great team and communicated with us often on what we wanted packed.

They did a great job. Good group of guys, friendly professional. We had a pool table, which is a difficult item to move. They handled that. We got everything done in one day. We didnt have any major damages to anything. We were really happy with the service and would recommend them.

It was a great job, they are on time, they called us advance, no damage, they are quick, very communicative and we had a great experience.

They were definitely on time, courteous, efficient. I am expecting them to deliver household items next week. They were very professional as well. They always sent you updates regarding the items to be delivered so I'm not wondering where is my item.

Went great. Good communication, charged what they said they'd charge, arrived on time and without damage. If this was my company I'd be proud that Angel-the driver-was on our team.

Move date was 08/27/18. The truck arrived 2.5 hours late, the crew was slow and unprofessional, it took almost twice as long to complete the move as estimated, I was overcharged by almost 50%, the company was non-responsive to my concerns until threatened with formal action, and basically called me a liar when they did respond. DO NOT hire Quality Services Moving.

Jeff Graham, Oscar Leguia, Jorge Ranchos, Habtu Asghedom was the A team when it came down to getting the job done. They wrapped everything and moved us out in a timely manner. They even got the Truck in our neighborhood which was a tight space

awful! They told me they were storing my items in the storage facility, but stored them on the truck in a very disorganized fashion. They were 6 hours late to move me into my new residence and therefore finished close to 11 pm. I never received a final bill, but they just charged my credit card that was on file for a required $200 deposit. They are unresponsive and extremely unprofessional!

Great. The workers were very polite and they were such hardworking men. It took all day and I don't know how they did it. I was exhausted watching them work so hard.

Although the crew was a little late due their work load for the day, they were very professional and detailed in providing the very best moving services. Each item was wrapped very well and moved carefully into the truck. No surprises regarding pricing or any extras required. The sales representative was very pleasant, professional and completely honest in assessing the pricing for relocating the furniture.

I've used Quality Services Moving in the past and they have done a great job. This time they sent the 'B' team of rookies. The guys were really nice, but they were really new at this. For example, at the pickup location in Blacksburg, VA I came across one of the crew trying to block open the storm door. I showed him the bracket on the hydraulic auto-close at top of door (which most storm doors have) and he was amazed that that feature was available. Also, they arrived without ramp for truck. There were other problems, but my biggest complaint was in the way they just seemed to throw everything into the storage room. They carefully wrapped everything in blankets at the pickup site. But when they got to the storage room, the blankets came off and the furniture was just stuffed into the room. For example, a find oak bed frame was placed on its side on the concrete floor. This could scratch that visible surface. I will try to find another moving company the next time I need one.

The job was performed very professionally and promptly. We were more than pleased and would definitely recommend them. Nothing was damaged during the move and the guys took time to disassemble/reassemble our furniture. As a bonus, the actual cost was less than originally estimated given their 4 man team efficiency - a great plus! They truly took the stress out of moving!

They worked unbelievable hard they were good nurtured and very accommodating the whole experience was wonderful. They were all very professional. I want to personally recognize; Dadakar Hassan, Connor Redmon, Terelle Simmons, Stepen Petko, Thurman, Jose Diaz, Jonathan Herdanez and Titas Vaicys.

From the start each employee worked non-stop. They were respectful, pleasant and very efficient. Each of the movers on the move-out on 6/3/15 went the extra mile and offered additional services (like assembling the wardrobe boxes) above and beyond. With military precision and efficiency each mover carried our belongings out of the home to place them on the truck with the utmost care. It was as if they were handling their own belongings. These gentlemen were not only some of the hardest workers we have ever met; they made a difficult, strenuous and stressful day as pleasant, and enjoyable as possible. . On the drop off day 6/5/15, we were lucky to get a few of the same gentlemen assigned to our move and all of the newly added guys were as great as those on the first day. They moved our belongings into our new home quickly and efficiently. Again, each and every crew member was polite, thoughtful and hard-working. It was an impressive two-day experience. On both ends of the move the movers and their lead, Anthony, went the extra mile on many things. For instance, the brackets to one of my dresser mirrors couldn't be located on move-in day, so Anthony volunteered to come back and put it together on his own time, with his own materials. Each crew member took great care to ensure all of our shelf brackets and/or hardware needed to reassemble was taped to the item. Please thank and commend the following gentlemen for a job well done! Anthony McGray, Dadakar Hassan, Derick, Jason, Raymond Lee, Sharif Folks, Jacques Dubois and Devon Thomas. They are fine gentlemen and stellar employees; Quality is fortunate to employ them. Thanks to all at Quality for the FANTASTIC customer service and we will be sure to let our friends and family know what a great company you are.

Found the company on Angie's list and contacted them on fairly short notice (2 weeks) to make a full household move. Their estimater came out the next day and gave me a reasonable estimate. (I had 3 companies provide estimates. Only two were realistic and this one was the lowest.) They set aside a day to pack the household, a day to load the trucks (they used 2) and a day to deliver and unpack. All went well and everything was professionally done. Actual price was well under the estimate. Nothing was lost or damaged.

It went terribly. They had a great price and the woman who did our initial quote was good. Our stuff got on the truck in a decent manner. That was where any good service really ended. I can't even rate it higher for those good things because of HOW bad it ended up being in the end. Despite saying they promised one sort of "window" for delivery they did not in the end (oh, "we don't count weekends" was not something we were told up front - well, that ended up adding surprise days in). We were told our truck was on its way down and in a different state when it had not even left Virginia. No one could or would tell us why we were lied to on that. They kept delaying our stuff because despite saying they do state to state moves, it seemed like they didn't want to have to drive to Florida unless they had a larger load than ours (which, ok, well, you guys did an in home estimate, it shouldn't be a surprise that we don't have a huge house to move). Our truck ended up being late to our end - by several days. Which was not fun with two children who wanted to be in their new house. And to add insult to injury, despite telling us they'd have a full crew to unload, they had two people. One of whom was good and could lift everything, the other who could not. It took the one guy the whole day to basically move everything in by himself. I felt bad for him - but I was also very annoyed at the lack of a full crew. It was just thing after thing. I can't recommend them at all.

Quality Service Moving provided excellent services throughout the entire process. Benjamin Webb was our point of contact and he was very responsive to all of our emails and phone calls. We scheduled our moving date on March 29th. The crew leader contacted me about 30 minutes prior to their arrival time. The movers arrived at 9:00am and began loading our furniture/items. The movers were very attentive and taking extra precaution with wrapping and lifting our furniture/items. The movers provided some humor as well throughout the moving process which helped us become more comfortable. We would seriously consider using Quality Service Moving again for future moves.
