The job went very well. The two-man team arrived on time, packed up and moved the furniture, and completed the job on time and as estimated.

We got an onsite estimate about a week prior, and the final price came within that estimate (which was about $150 range). QSM was A LOT less expensive than some of the top moving companies on Angies List (from which we also got estimates). The difference in price was about $500 on average, and I felt that QSM did a fantastic job with our move. They showed up a few minutes early, did a final walk through to ensure that what we wanted moved matched what was in the estimate, and then they got started. It involved 3 men and 1 truck. We were on the 8th floor of a condo all the way at the end of the hallway, so most of the move time occurred on the front-end. The crew did a great job. The were expedient but careful in moving all of our belongings including a few valuable (and fragile items). Upon arrival at our new home, they quickly unloaded everything, placed it in the proper room, and finished the job. There were a few very minor scratches/chips on 1 or 2 furniture pieces, but nothing of significance. I was very happy with their professionalism, speed, care, and courteousness. The entire job took about 7 hours in all (which included an hour travel charge)--about 4 hours at our condo b/c of the elevator and long corridor, and 2 hours at the rowhome (+1 hr tacked on for travel, which is fairly standard). Would definitely use them again. We even got a follow letter several weeks later to thank us for our business.

They did a great job of providing an estimate by email based on my descriptions of items that would be shipped. We were able to agree on a Saturday for pick up. The team showed up promptly at 8 am and got right to work. The two worked as a team to tag items, inventory them, assess the pre-move condition of the items, then moved them on to the truck. I found them very personable and professional. Within 3 and a half hours their work was done! I would highly recommend their services to others.

This is my second time using Quality Services Moving. They moved me previously into my temp residence now they moved me into my new home. They never cease to amaze me. Four guys showed up and moved approximately 10k lbs with in 7 hours they were quick, organized and very friendly. They carried multiple boxes on their backs up and down my 3 flights of stairs. Not once did they complain. Once the move was completed one of the memebers even helped me arrange the babies room, and the other guys started unpacking NOTHING got damaged and my walls and floors still look brand new. I will continue to refer their services anytime someone asks.

I was impressed with him and the company, but decided to go with another moving company that also has a very good reputation.

They showed up on time and it took about a half hour to load the truck. There were three guys on the truck and it took them a house and a half to unload, so the amount was less than I was quoted. There was minimal damage, the kind that I would expect during moving. They were very helpful and it was a good move.

They took about 5 hours to move us in total. We packed up our own belongings. I felt they were very careful with our belongings. They were very friendly. They were very trustful. I would use them again in the future and I would recommend them to others in the future. They were late but they did call and let us know

I have to say it was more favorable than I had expected. They were punctual and well within estimate. The crew leader was very informative as to the scope of the work that needed completed. They were very patient with me as I was unable to finish packing my kitchen and curio cabinets. They started packing up the items with no complaints. They were extremely professional and careful when it came to disassembling and moving my grandmother's hutch. They wrapped it up in these pads and placed something on the floor so it wouldn't scratch the hard wood. I was so worried but they quickly put me at ease. Andy was very helpful when I had any questions and was spot on when it came to the cost. The whole staff added to this pleasant experience. I could not get over how well the crew worked in unison. It was very different from the moves I had experienced in the past. I had no damages this time. Now I understand why they take the time to wrap up EVERYTHING!

I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM QSM. THEY SENT A MINOR CHILD WITH HIS FATHER TO DO MY MOVE (OF COURSE CHARGING FULL RATE). THEY BROKE A GLASS TABLE AND BLAMED IT ON ME. THEY STOOD A LEATHER SOFA ON ITS SIDE WITHOUT ANY PADDING AND SCRATCHED IT. THEY WORKED EXCEEDINGLY LONGER THAN MY ESTIMATE. IN HINDSIGHT I DID SOME FURTHER RESEARCH AND FOUND THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY HAVE MULTIPLE OFFICES, THE PHONES JUST RING IN VA, AND THEY OPERATE UNDER MULTIPLE NAMES.
