The sales rep I worked with (Sunny) was great. She was able to accurately estimate the contents (that were visible) and provided me a quote quickly. I was less impressed with the packers. A three person crew was dispatched to pack my belongings and spent the entire day complaining about the to one another and failed to complete the pack. The movers were great (Jose), finished the packing, loaded everything up, and didn't complain once.

Very professional, thoughtful, treated my furniture and boxes with utmost care. They are the best movers I've ever hired, and I've moved from the East Coast, Colorado, and then CA and back to the East Coast. Needless to say, I recommend them highly!!

The entire QSM team delivered as promised. Yes, punn intended. But let me emphasize that I was very pleased with QSM as they did an excellent job. I do mean the entire team from Mike, the sales person in explaining there approach, and the actual move team of Ruben, team lead, and his crew of Jose, Lazaro, Patrick, and Nick. They all were very professional and took very good care of every thing they moved. They all really cared about doing a great job without any harm to either the pick up home or the delivery home. Very professional, easy to work with and came in and finished whatever was needed to be done to get me successfully moved from one state to another. I would strongly recommend them, and I would definitely use them again.

Hands down, best moving experience I've ever had from start to finish. I was in a time crunch and Craig Little made himself available on short notice to come out and scope the job. Craig's initial estimate was very competitive and spot on at the end of the day. More importantly, QSM was flexible and easily accommodated a last minute schedule change. Craig even took my calls after hours, to ensure everything was in order pre & post move. The moving crew (Joe, Rich and Alec) was the absolute best. On time, very professional and they handled all of my belongings with great care. Great job!

Mike Sipple did a great job coming out to our home to give us the estimate. He was thorough and answered all of our questions at that time as well as responded to several of my emails. His estimate was fair and competitive with other companies. On moving day, Joe and his crew were polite, hardworking, and very respectable of our things, our home, and the presence of several family members throughout moving day. I highly recommend QSM and am very thankful that after much research and several estimates, we chose this company for this huge life change! It couldn't have gone any better!

I was in a tight spot and needed to schedule my move at the last minute and with some unusual constraints. All of the people I worked with at Quality Services Moving were very friendly and professional and worked very hard to help me complete my move quickly and without any issues.

I have to rerate the customer service experience because she listened to my concerns and credited back to me a large percentage of my moving cost. I will give quality services another chance based on the new direction of the company since my last move. I hope to give them a higher overall rating at that time....

Chris, the salesman was courteous and professional, he gave an extremely accurate quote even though he did not know the contents of our storage unit, which was 50 miles away. His quote came within $100. I would definately recommend these guys to friends or family. They treated our stuff as if it were their own.

Poor customer service, company executives do not attend emails, calls. Our experience regarding costs was the worst. QSM estimate is set low so they can "compete�. Final cost left us confused when they told us the weight was 14000 pounds. Same move, made by another company two years ago has 10700 pounds weight, this time we had 50 boxes less and far less household goods. We tried to get explanation about this, indeed we asked to be present at the weight time, they did not return calls, we knew about the weight when move was on his way. We are sure we were misled in this issue. We do not recommend QSM.

We moved from a 4 bedroom single family into a 4 bedroom townhouse with a tun of steps. The crew arrived on time and was fully prepared for the move. The crew was very profession and took care of my stuff by using pads on the furniture and hardwood floors. I would however recommend the flat rate price as opposed to the hourly rate as the move took a little longer due to the many steps in the new town house. I would use these guys again without question.

This was a very straightforward move. The company rep was great and went out of his way to accomadate. The price came in lower than the estimate; although, still seemed a bit pricey. Bottom line: Great service and very straightforward pricing. We are very happy.

They arrived on time and took care of the task. Was a little pricey for what it was but since it was a quick turn around on their part was willing to pay the bit extra.

High quality, but a bit pricey.

Very professional moving crew, did a great job, would highly recommend and use again. Unfortunately, price estimate was quite a but lower than actual.

The individuals who came to move my piano were very professional. They took care not to damage my wooden floors and were quite helpful. I gave a less than stellar rating on value, but I understand that they were right in the ballpark in the cost of moving the piano.
