Nothing positive to say. Crews were slow, walls damaged, furniture damage. Glass from TV stand improperly package and ended up breaking.

Moved a piano and did a great job!

Ray was great. He removed a sofa but not before i bought another one. He removed my sofa the day my new one was delivered. His timing was perfect. Now he is standing by to move me once I find a place. He did a great job.

They packed things they shouldn't have and didn't pack things they should have and they broke my fan.

I am extremely pleased with the move. Very professional, courteous and prompt service.

Low price but weak on followup and cut corners on actual move. Still waiting to settle on furniture damage.

Very pleased with move. They came, saw, and conquered. Must not be unionized because they didn't require a 15 minute break every hour. The movers were professional and appeared to take some pride in their work. I wouldn't use any other moving company and they were the only one recommended by Home Advisor in my area. Thanks to them, it was a hassle free move.

The company has great customer service and friendly staff. Make sure though that you describe your move project throughly and make sure they bring the proper equipment for specialty items that may require special care.

This was one of the worst moving experiences I have ever had. The owner, Ed, told me that they complete 3,000 moves per year...I find that VERY difficult to believe. Every single thing that this company did, from start to finish, was done like amateurs. Very little regard for our belongings. Quick example, the sofa cushions were not even covered and just placed on top of boxes in the moving truck, which left them filthy. We have minor damage to multiple items, and one antique is missing entirely. I find it impossible that the positive ratings are from anyone that actually used this company. They are allegedly attempting to make this right, but this was a horrible experience. There appears to be little to no communication from management to employees that are actually doing the work and the sales group is there for only that. Make the sale and say anything that will make that happen. In the two weeks from the time we booked our move to the time the movers showed up, our sales person and the company had "parted ways". This also means that we had no one to contact to confirm things that we knew to be true. In addition, the company did not even bother to tell us about this parting of ways and did not assign anyone else to our move. This move ended up being far more complicated than it needed to be....which made the entire experience incredibly frustrating! DO NOT HIRE QUALITY SERVICES MOVING!!!! Worst experience EVER!

Excellent move. Quality Services Moving (QSM) provided a personal touch to moving my belongings at a reasonable price. Everyone was very professional and considerate and took extra to ensure my things arrived in good condition. They worked late into the night to ensure all the beds were assembled correctly and furniture placed in the right rooms. If I move again, I will definitely call QSM first.

I have moved house on 3 continents (including in some developing countries). Quality Services Moving has been the absolutely worst experience. Took them 6 hours to move less than 12 items; furniture broken; parts of bed left behind; hole in bedroom door; mattress soiled; box spring damaged; and staff discourteous and unresponsive post-move. I would certainly not recommend them.

They damaged my 2100.00 mattress, my great grandmothers Steinway piano, a couch, possibly my front load washing machine and who knows what else, they brought my furniture down from the second floor unwrapped, hitting walls on the way down, then wrapped it so We have no idea what else is damaged. We moved our furniture from a house to storage and they rushed, they started shoving my furniture into the storage units, my husband asked them to slow down on several occasions and they just looked at him. The job super was obviously paid to meet the estimated timeframe for the move.

The packers were hard to keep up with throughout the day. I thought one went through the house checking everything as I saw in one room but they didn't. Many items were left unpacked in several places. They even packed items that they were told were not going. On the other hand the actual crew that picked up and delivered my items were excellent. Saul did an excellent job to insure everything was taking and delivered in the best possible way. The estimator was way off. Bid was for 11,000#s but I had only 6300#s. I thought the price was good. I'd use them again if the need arises,

We just used their packing service and the 3 person crew was efficient and packed our fragile items very carefully. They also labeled everything very clearly

Ben was awesome- the moving team hustled. It was a one day job so it was tough on everyone but they were done by 6pm! Nothing broken nothing damaged. Beautifully orchestrated move!

Sales person & movers great experience. Management bad experience. They called a hour before my scheduled move to tell me they were short on drivers. Bad business & customer service. They pushed my move back 6 hours to make a trip to DC when I was scheduled with paid deposit. They didn't even call when they knew they were running late to the second scheduled time. I will not recommend company. Only received $100 discount for a move that was completed 7hrs late.

Quality Services Moving did an Outstanding job moving my piano. Courteous, professional service.

QSM did a great job for me. The sales rep, customer service and movers were all wonderful. They got me on the calendar quickly and managed to complete the move in less than a week. A couple of items came up missing at the destination, but they settled quickly and fairly. I couldn't ask for more. I'd strongly recommend this company.

In a word; Wonderful!!!
