A great moving expereince with a veteran owned moving company. They were incredibley fast and efficient while being totally careful with everything they moved. Great moving crew who were actually lots of fun to be around. Cost wise, they are a great value ... they were accurate in their estimating and right on target with their cost. Overall an amazing moving experience and I highly recommend them to everyone!

This team was outstanding! The 4-person team got me moved out of storage and into my new home with ZERO scratches, dents or dings in under 5 hours! This included moving one washer & dryer from second floor to garage, then a second washer & dryer from the truck to the second floor. Amazing work!

Way too expensive. Only had a few items to move, price was way too high!

Hired this company to move an expensive grandfather clock. They talked a good talk but (1) forgot to bring the specialized grandfather clock box, (2) handled the weights with their bare hands, (3) re-hung the weights in the wrong order, and (4) bent the pendulum. But other than that, the move went as planned.

This company and their home moving team are top-notch. The best company I've used in over 10 moves.

This was the second time I used Quality Services Moving. After my first time using them I knew I would never use anyone else. They have always shown up on time. With this move I needed them to pack for me too. With that too, they were professional and worked quickly as a team and got the job done. From the first phone call all through the moving they really are quality services moving.

After 27 years in the military and 12 moves across the country and internationally, I believed that Quality Services Moving of Lorton, VA, a veteran-owned company, would be the right fit for us as we retired and moved from Virginia to Georgia. What ensued was a complete nightmare and the worst move of our lives. From the questionable practices of the QSM packers, the careless and incomplete load out and inventory sheets, to a complete lack of communication and coordination between different departments as they scrambled to find answers to the problems that they created, I have concluded that QSM is poorly run, does not treat its customers with information or respect, and the public should be aware before agreeing to contract with them. Their stewardship of other people's belonging is shoddy, their workers grumble about poor pay and communication, and they are dismissive of legitimate complaints. Attempts to get information or clarification throughout the process have proved fruitless--they routinely did not respond to emails, voicemails, and even contacting the founder/owner resulted in no response.

I had hired them for only 2 hours but they moved the furniture slowly and ended up charging me 3 hours and 30 minutes for around $530. I gave the two movers $40 tips ($20 for each person) so if you add it to the total of the work they did I ended up paying for $570. They delayed and should have finished this work within 2 hours but moved slowly by delaying tactics and moving my door and putting the door back. I signed a waiver for them so that they could finish up and leave. I may have to repaint my walls for few scratches.

LIARS AND SCAMMERS. Move was originally estimated to be 8000 and ballooned up to 18,000. Multiple items damaged, boxes crushed, entire bookcases and dressers destroyed. NO compensation. they did not honor their agreement. Would not answer any phone calls or emails after the move. DISGRACEFUL.Mike S., the manager, claims to be a Marine veteran, but NO veteran would dishonor his service by lying and hurting people as he has done. He should be ashamed to identify as a Marine. He lied about the amount of the move. he lied about the quality of the people doing the packing (amateur temporary workers), he lied about honoring the contract for damaged goods. One further note. if they spent as much time doing a good job as they do padding their reviews on google, yelp, this service, and others, they it might be a good company. take note that the reviews are either PERFECT or HORRIBLE. Nothing in between. They should not be in business. DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

Simply the best. I have moved more than a dozen times and no mover has ever come close to Quality Services Moving. If I could give the company 10 stars I gladly would. From the very beginning with the estimate process, to the execution of the packing, wrapping and delivering, safely, all of my belongings, QSM never failed to deliver. Not only did they deliver, but QSM's entire team was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend QSM to my family members and friends. I surely will never take on another move without them.

OUTSTANDING! I have had major movers in the past who could take lessons from David and his crew! They were extremely professional, moving everything as if it were their own. Very personal movers. David set the bar for all moving companies by his example! I HIGHLY recommend David and his crew!

Damages to several items 1 washing machine 2 couch back edge 3 mattress stained and box spring batting ripped

Great service, very polite, wanted to know what I wanted done (in house move ) where I wanted point a to point b didn't want them to be specific in placement price was as quoted. Projected for 5 hrs. only used 2. Charged $120 for one time fee + $20. gas(based on distance they have to come) base fee was $140. +$120/PER HOUR FOR 2 GUYES ($240 for 2 hours) Total was $380.00. Well worth it will use them again if I need to.

Move date was 08/27/18. The truck arrived 2.5 hours late, the crew was slow and unprofessional, it took almost twice as long to complete the (small) move as estimated, I was overcharged by almost 50%, the company was non-responsive to my concerns until threatened with formal action, and then basically called me a liar when they did respond. The only reason they did not receive zero stars was because that was not an option. DO NOT hire Quality Services Moving.

This moving company called me early morning of my scheduled move stating they would not be able to complete my move; I paid a $100.00 deposit of which I was to be refunded however I had to dispute the charge on my credit card to get my deposit back. More notice as to cancellations needs to be provided to allow for alternate services,

Very quick to respond and stayed in communication with me. I called them on short notice and they had someone come out the next day. They even made the appointment despite the snow. Got done quickly.

Great company to work with! They called me to schedule an appointment - kept me in the loop on the arrival time - which was a little later than they originally anticipated. Crew was very professional - truck was nice and clean - they projected a great image - these are the people that you want to move your things! My job involved only moving a VERY LARGE cabinet from the basement of my home to the 3rd floor. It was not an easy project, but the crew figured out the best way to do it and just did it. There was no "sorry, we just can't do this" - they figured it out and did it! I highly recommend this company!!! Thanks for a job well done!
