I think QSM is a bit expensive, compared to the other estimates we have gotten. On the other hand - it appears that you get what you pay for. Exceptionally good service. The guys where very professional, polite and took exceptional care of our belongings. They where also very careful not to scratch the walls and it seems that the entire move resulted in absolutely no negative side-effects. No broken stuff or damaged walls. So, if the price suits you - I would highly recommend QSM guys.

Ex-military management. Sales associate came by for an est at 8400 lbs. We filled over 12K lb truck...QSM stuck to their price quote of $1500. That inc. extra insurance. We are really excited about the price. foreman of the moving team was very polite, as well as the whole team. Very, very nice young guys. Very respectful. I felt like they went a little fst and some things got knicked or broken that normally (if more care was taken) probably wouldn't have happened...then again, last time I asked my brother in law to help he broke more than QMS did!

This was the best moving experience I have had by far! Mike came to my old house, looked at my stuff and gave me a quote based on fact, not a guesstimate. The crew that came out on moving day were wonderful. Carlos and Juan were pleasant, professional and the hardest workers I have ever seen. There was no standing around taking aimless breaks with these guys! They took wonderful care of my stuff and made a point of checking in with me so that everything went exactly where I needed it to go. I did not have to tell them anything twice. I would definitely use these guys again and recommend them to anyone!

They were very professional, competent, and quick, finishing well within the expected time.

They were professional, courteous and not on time - they were early! I did two moves with them, one to storage and one local. They helped me to organize both moves and the guys never mixed the two. I will also use them to move from storage to my new home in about 8 months.

They showed up on time performed the work quickly and were able to get us moved into our new house within 8 hours. Their team lead, Brian, was easy to work with and made accomodations to ensure we had all of the furniture in the right place. I would highly recommend them.

After paying extra for handling of a Plasma TV, it still arrived shattered, along with several other pieces of broken furniture, crushed boxes and broken glass on a clock. We originally thought our household goods would only be handled two times. It turned out that our household goods were handled 4 times. When the long haul truck arrived, the driver had not been involved in the loading and was surprised at how it was loaded, including a number of boxes labeled Top Load, were actually in the middle of stacks. Although they wanted their payment before unloading, it appears that they are dragging their feet to repay us for the damages they did.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Everyone I dealt with there was amazing. The movers were extremely professional, friendly, and most importantly they really went above and beyond to move everything quickly while ensuring everything was undamaged. i have moved many times in my life and this was far and away the best moving company I have ever dealt with. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for movers.
