Quality Services Moving

Initial communication was good and delivery was done on schedule (next day!), but after a good initial showing a problem occurred: after the piano was delivered, it was incompletely assembled due to parts lost during the delivery. Piano was damaged due to missing hinge pins as no notice was left. Voicemail was left for company as they did not answer phone. No return call. Company charged credit card regardless with no comment.

Careful with my stuff, polite and made good use of time.

they arrived promptly, worked quickly, and padded thte furniture carefully. they managed to keep the floors clean in spite of bad weather, and I want them back for the rest of our move.

They did good. My biggest concern in my move was my piano, which is a family hierloom. They respected my concerns and were very careful with the piano. It turns out my queen size box springs were not going to fit up the stairs in my new place easily, and the movers stopped to ask my permission to continue before risking damage to my walls. After I gave them permission to continue, they did manage to get the box springs up the stairs with only minimal damage to the paint in my stairwell. Movers were professional, communicative, and fast.

This experience was not bad but the crew took longer than expected which put me over budget for the move.

They were quick, very friendly, a total pleasure to do business with. Price was more than fair and we had a small condo moved into in under 3 hours, it was really amazing...

The team we had come out was excellent. They worked hard and didn't break anything. There were a few minor marks on the wall, but by far the least that we've experienced with movers. They were all courteous, respected our new wood floors, and didn't take breaks. By the way, they did all of this a day after an ice storm, so there was a challenge just getting the truck into the driveway on slippery roads. I would highly recommend QSM and use them again. My only complaint is that it seems the estimate for the amount of 'stuff' we had was off as the job took about 2 hours longer than was estimated, so flat rate would have been cheaper.
