It was very good. They were very helpful and responsive, but it ended up that the price was too much so we ended up doing it our self. They were professional and did not really try to sell me something. If they were not too expensive I would have ended up doing business with them. I guess their price was probably comparable to others for materials. Countertops are expensive.

Adrianna was very easy to work with and very nice. Everyone was helpful and prompt. Installers were great also. Attention to detail was good also. Turn around time after they measured was also great. Their prices were good especially considering they had a pretty good selection of slabs.

Mario, Adrians and staff were so kind but more importantly they helped to acquire a special slab of barocca soapstone from Pennsylvania with no problem whatsoever. Mario who measures, cuts the stone and manages the install was very professional. The price was quite better than I got from another local shop for same type of soapstone they had in stock.

Experience was great. We received quotes from 5 different providers including Counter Intelligence and Home Depot. Pietra's price was over $300 less than next best quote. My wife picked the actual slab out and they sent her home with a coordinating floor tile, so we could make sure it worked in the kitchen. We went back on Monday to return the tile and sign the contract. The installers stopped by that same afternoon to make the template. Installation occurred that Friday. The guys worked quickly and efficiently to install. They arrived about 2 hours late from original time, but we received two calls from the office keeping us informed. Plumber came out separately later that afternoon to reconnect drains, disposal and faucet. Price listed above included granite, installation, undermount sink, and reconnection of plumbing. We saved $250 by removing the old formica countertops ourselves. Great prompt service and excellent price. The location can be a little hard to find, but worth it.
