We been using them since 2002. They are really nice people to work with. Very reliable and friendly.

I called Oasis Heating and A/C to get a quote on a new Lennox Heat Pump. Joe came out to the house. We discussed what was going with my heat pump. Joe said the problem was a defective expansion valve. Joe said I did not need a new heat pump. He quoted me a price to replace the valve which was at least 50% less than two other Lennox dealers. He did the repair and my Lennox heat pump is back in operation. The other dealers were pushing me to buy a new heat pump rather than replacing the valve. If you are looking for an honest expert hvac technician I recommend you call Joe at Oasis Heating and A/C.

They are a local company. I have them on a yearly contract. I have been happy with them. I have been using them for 10 years. They have been around for several years, and they do excellent work. The workers are polite, courteous, and clean up after themselves. They are excellent.

I remember being satisfied with the price. The work took about a couple of hours to complete. There was just one worker. The worker was professional with me.

It was under warranty, the actual water heater was free of charge, and they just charged me for labor. That was seven hundred dollars. That water heater is expensive. I had like a week left of time to execute the warranty, so they did me right. It was about to expire. Very fair pricing.

Joe and Brandon showed up exactly at 8 am and got down to business right away. They were very professional and completed the entire replacement before 4 pm. Joe is very experienced in this tradecraft and did a precise and thorough job of de-installing the old furnace and installing the new one. Brandon did a great job of replacing the air conditioning unit. They were very respectful of the property and did a thorough job of cleanup. It was a good decision to go with Oasis. Highly recommended.

I have used them for 15 or 20 years. They are superb! We have a condo that a tenant resides in. This company will call the tenant directly to schedule service calls.

Very thorough and professional visit. Flushed hot water heater several times and gave it a good inspection. Talked through a few maintenance questions and was very courteous and informative. Will likely set up an annual inspection and maintenance visit based on this experience. Completely recommend.

I have an annual contract so my service in October was paid as part of the contract. I have called Oasis, other than my normal 2 service calls/tune ups a year and they have been responsive and timely on those calls. Very pleased and will renew my contract now for another year.

We have a contract for twice a year. Things went fine. The workers are very good. They were right on time.

3/31 I have an annual contract with Oasis Heating, AC and Refrigeration and have had it continually for several years. They call when the service is required. show up on time and advises me of any repairs that have to be met if there are any. This is a very good company and I plan to keep them for the duration.

Overall outstanding performance. Oasis technicians completed all phases of the project from initial estimate, proposal, equipment selection to contracting in a prompt and professional manner. Actual installation conducted smoothly, on time and without delays. Oasis personnel are courteous, professional and patiently answer all questions. Friends recommended Oasis on basis of their quality installation. Oasis is a small, owner-operated firm with a decades of experience. The owner's heating and A/C background is complimented with advanced engineering degrees in the same field. The company prides itself on its expertise and attention to detail and it shows in their work.

They came out the day I called and in retrospect, it's no wonder they could come out that afternoon. With the prices they charge, it's hard to believe a lot of people are signing up. They overcharge for EVERYTHING. They are very, very expensive, wanting well over $200.00 an hour for their time. On top of that they wanted to charge $75.00 to just use a simple testing tool. Just to be clear, they wanted to charge time to use the tool plus the $75.00 for using the tool.

Great everything -- quality, responsiveness, effectiveness, etc.. They are expensive, however, at over $200 per hour after the base service charge fees.

He was a delight to talk to. He fixed the problem with no problem. He replaced the fan motor. He was clean and cleaned up after the job. He was just overall great to work with. He even gave me some tips on some things that will come in use in the future.

These guys were great. My furnace's igniter went out and after waiting for several other HVAC guys to come, Oasis sent out a tech within 45 minutes. The person that came was informative, patient and was very quick. They even followed up with a recommendation on filters - for cheap. Great guys, very honest.

Absolutely incredible. I have had plenty of experience dealing with HAVC companies (including one technician from another company trying to pick up my wife) over the years and was pleasantly surprised by Oasis. From the first conversation I had with Tiffany through the complete installation done by Joe the owner it was a great experience. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone!

About 2 years ago I had a problem with my A/C/heating unit. A company came out and said this and that had to be replaced. When they came back, they also wanted to replace several other things (for a total of about $1500). I got suspicious and told them no. A friend told me to use this company. None of the stuff the other company told me needed replacement, all it needed was to be cleaned out (cost $114) and it worked fine until now. I called Oasis again this time. They were right on time, professional, told me what the problem was and fixed it. It is one of the few times I did not feel like I was getting ripped off.
