There was a lack of communication, they never contacted me when they got there and finished. I had to ask, why they did not show up. No photo was sent to me about the completed job, also the basement Window was dirty even they said they cleaned it. They told me they will give me a discount for all the things I was not happy with, but the invoice was not a discount. I decided to pay it and not to deal anymore with them!

Very responsive and diligent. Easy to deal with and punctual. Great customer service. They fixed a screen door and cleaned gutters and a dryer vent. They did an excellent job fixing the door (a more experienced person did that), but the dryer vent cleaning required a bit of a follow up (a less experienced person did that-he did not check the outside outlet), which was promptly corrected while they were here. I definitely recommend them and will contact them again if we have a project or repairs.

Quick response from Joe, virtual quote in a minute, power wash complete, invoice sent and paid ~ all within a few days. Ben gave me an onsite quote to power wash a ton of patio furniture - which came out looking almost new! They did such a great job, they'll be back next week to power wash all our brickwork ~ can't wait!

These guys were great! Alex and his team were outstanding. We had concrete, a portico rebuild, gutter guards, rake boards replaced and exterior door repair done. The guys at NVA home services were very responsive and worked within our budget. I couldnâ t be happier, the final outcome exceeded our standards. NVA team in addition to clearing gutters, pictured verified, identified some minor roofing damage caused by falling tree branch. The minor damage was quickly repaired with temporary patch since rain was predicted in a manner of hours. Well done; and appreciated.

They were very busy and took some time getting to the gutter cleaning and scrubbing, but did a great job when they arrived! And the price point was the best in Northern Virginia! I would recommend this company without reservation..

Very prompt, they took an odd job involving a bizarrely structured downspout that was clogged, and then did it for a very good price. The technicians who came out were professional, prompt and creative in solving a difficult problem. I'm already talking to them about some additional work.
