Ben came out and did a service check of my gas fireplace when I moved into a new house. I wanted to make sure it was operating safely before I used it. I spoke with Joe, the owner when setting up the appointment, the amount he quoted me was very reasonable and much lower than other companies I had found through Angies or Home Advisor (can't remember which). Ben was quick, efficient, and made sure I knew how to use it before he left. And most importantly confirmed everything was working properly and no maintenance was needed. Was very reassuring. I would use NVA Home Services for any other future needs.

They came to provide us with a second quote on firebox repairs and came in at a much lower rate and were able to complete the work the same day. Techs were very personable, explained everything that needed to be done and cleaned up efficiently. Will definitely use them for my next chimney cleaning and inspection.

I hired NVA Home Services to clean the siding on my home using a low-powered chemical wash. They did a wonderful job for a reasonable price and I am very happy with the results. All of the mold/mildew is now gone! Although they accidentally missed a single wall of siding during their visit, they provided top notch customer service and came out quickly to finish the job once I reported the problem. I highly recommend NVA Home Services if you are looking to get the exterior of your home professionally cleaned.

After they came, they changed the quote from $100 to $260. I had to pay since the tenant was moving in the next day. They picked up the waste in the front but did not do it in the back. They left all the waste on the deck. They should not do the business that way.

Good communications and you are dealing with the guy directly and not some call center in another state.
