The Technician seemed knowledgeable but ready to go as soon as he got to my home. He walked in looked at the fireplace and said; there is nothing that I can do with this and it is fine. So, I am not sure if there was something else going on are not. I think I got my money worth for the $99 look! However, not so sure!

The technician is very knowledgeable. He checked the fireplace control system and found the problem is the controller running out of battery. Saved me big money.

Ben did a great and thorough job cleaning out the fireplace and flue of creosote, and repairing the chimney and crown. Joe was really good with communication. Both were professional and pleasant to work with. They went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with their work.
