The service technician Rolando was extremely professional, kind and very thorough and knowledgeable. He was very patient in explaining to me about my HVAC system (as I had no clue about it) and answered all my questions. Rolando kept me well informed about what he was doing throughout the duration he was here fixing my AC unit. I’m very pleased about choosing NICE Air and will continue to use them again in the future.

Description of Work: We contracted through Angie's List for a gas fireplace cleaning for $129. Since we hadn't used the fireplace in many years, I wasn't surprised that he had to replace the control box. The technician came back two days later with the box and the fireplace is working fine now.

Description of Work: We had a very clogged dryer vent. Junior came out, explained what he was going to do and then weent about doing ity. At the end of the job, she showed me before and after pictures of the vent. An excellent job.
