Description of Work: Had to replace a worn out valve in a shower to control hot and cold water flow. The individual who did the service was TOP quality but the fees and cost of the job far exceeded what was expected. Also, had to order a part and it took 3 tries to coordinate the final installation which is the reason for the poor score on punctuality. Also wanted him to repair a garbage disposal but that would have required a separate visit, at $110 plus the repair cost - far too excessive.

Description of Work: Cleaned the fireplace, made sure it was in working order...for an extra charge, they replaced some parts. Overall good service and very easy to schedule.

Description of Work: had used them for fireplace cleaning/tune up before and they had done a good job so I bought a deal for duct cleaning from them. We have a two zone system and I just got the deal for one to start and wanted to see how it looked and what they thought... they did a thorough job on the main floor system (all the ducts and returns were removed, cleaned and replaced, and they did the dryer vent). Based upon the dirt collection they recommended that I NOT do the upper floor as it was never as bad... its was nice to get everything clean and not get taken for an extra system in the process! nice to have people that you can trust to do the right thing!

Description of Work: I use NICE services for my annuals and have a contract with them. They inspect the furnace in the fall and the AC in the spring. I have also had them clean my furnace, AC unit, and ducts. I have been pleased with their work. They are a very nice bunch of guys.

Description of Work: Used them to replace my air handler, through my home warranty company. They did a good job, although weren't too clear about my options and tried to upsell me to higher end units that weren't covered by my home warranty. Other than that, the work was done professionally and I've had no problems.

Description of Work: They were responsive in correspondence. Punctual. The technician was very professional, knowledgable and thorough in his diagnostics of our gas fireplace. Turned out that it just needed a good cleaning....he took it apart to clean all the components, cleaned the glass, and even painted a rusted frame. 15 yr old gas fireplace looks like brand new! Still have my $100 credit with them...

Description of Work: They were great in calling us to give updates and details on our home warranty replacement of the forced air unit. It was wonderful to get calls from them rather than feeling like a pest calling the company all the time. The associates who came to our house (3 in total) were all very courteous and genuinely good people. They talked me through it all and let me watch while asking questions. Couldn't be a better company all around. I will absolutely be doing business with them in the near future.
