Description of Work: Installed a new hot water heater. Installer arrived about 15 minutes early. He was polite, informative, tidy, and worked non-stop until the job was done. Then he cleaned the dryer vent without leaving any mess. The salesman was also efficient and effective. He answered all my questions and gave me information about the history of hot water heaters, effective maintenance and when to ask for help. I'll be calling NICE again. |

Description of Work: Very good experience. The serviceman came as scheduled and was an expert in what he did. In addition to the tune-up and cleaning of the gas logs, he also noticed they were in the wrong configurement. So he rearranged the logs. They now operate perfectly.

Description of Work: They were fantastic! Highly recommend!! Everything was so neat. The technician was very careful to remove his boots / use covers as he went in and out of the house. He pulled everything out of the fireplace, cleaned the logs and the material underneath the logs and explained how things should have been set up. Because the system was so old, he wasn't sure he'd be able to keep the pilot light on, but he fixed everything. It works like a charm! Our fireplace looked almost new again! We were extremely pleased. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

Description of Work: NICE serviced my fireplace that was having issues with the remote. They quickly troubleshot and repaired same day. The switch needed be replaced and they also did a thorough cleaning. I've used them before to they are professional and don't pressure you to spend more than necessary. | |I did decide to write a service contract with them to service annually along with HVAC. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: The original service was to scope and clean a blocked sewer line. The scope showed that the line had collapsed so the line had to dug up and repaired. I had company coming and needed the repairs finished. A tree had to be cut down and the stump dug up and removed. Once started, they had to overcome several unexpected challenges. They were very accommodating and professional. Because of my time constraints, I wasn't in a position to comparison shop, so I don't know if I could have gotten a better deal, but I was just happy to have the work completed expeditiously.

Description of Work: I purchased the gas fireplace cleaning and inspection deal by the N.I.C.E company. Customer service was excellent from a very quick response through Angie's Messages to initiate services to follow up calls for reminders and to let me know when a technician was 30 mins away. The technician was very nice and did a thorough cleaning. An issue with the receipt was promptly corrected. I would use this company again without question!
