Description of Work: They performed an plumbing inspection. Nice and professional technician. Very comprehensive report emailed after they left. Great follow up from the company. REALLY overpriced quote to fix a pressure valve. I received a second opinion. The 2nd licensed plumber turned the valve that fixed the problem at no cost. The 2nd plumber did say that this may be a temporary fix but to permanently fix the issue would cost approx $350. NOT the $697 that NICE quoted.

Description of Work: diagnostic of heating system. Appointment went well. They spent a lot of time looking at potential options and solutions to replacing a heating system. In the end (and after getting second opinions) the only solution was a new system and the cost was too much. We didn;t end up getting a new system at all.

Description of Work: Nice Services came out to see why the gas insert had "ghost" flames. They determined that the insert was not vented correctly. They installed a new chimney liner and cap, and made sure the insert was now vented correctly. From the staff that answered the phone, the project manager that explained what was needed, and the installers who did the work, they were prompt and professional.

Description of Work: The came to diagnose a problem with my gas fireplace. The technician had no idea what kind of fireplace I had or that it had 2 motors, I have s high end fireplace. Then they would not respond to my request for service for weeks. Finally someone did respond and told me they were not authorized to order parts for my fireplace brand. Wasted weeks of my time and money. I requested reimbursement of my fee and have not heard back.
