Description of Work: They charged me about 70 bucks in addition to the 54 for a simple fuse and spent most of the time trying to sell me on the need for a new furnace "soon." I thought they should have done something that easy and simple for the $54.00 and maybe the part cost. Not another $70 bucks to pull it out and stick a new one in. I was annoyed, but it is what it is. I would recommend to them the next time that if they really wanted to retain me as a future customer that they would have said "it's just a fuse, we'll include that in the $54.00 and only charge you $5.00 for the fuse itself." I thought $70 additional dollars was ridiculous.
