Description of Work: We had our fireplace and chimney cleaned. We used them before, and the gentlemen that came to our home was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Because of that we would use them again. There was some confusion regarding billing issues when the service guy was here. It was suppose to already be paid for, I ended up having to pay more. Then the office figured out what happen and gave me a credit for a new contract. I kinda felt like I was duped, and it was on purpose, so I would re-sign another contract. It was because of that, I won't sign another one. To bad too... the service guys were awesome!!

Description of Work: Technician showed up on time. He knew what he was talking about. Explained, in easy to understand terms, what was broken and what was not and my options to fix the gas insert or replace the whole thing. Very knowledgeable and no pressure. Description of Work: Came in to clean and look over my gas ventless fire place since it had not been turned on since I purchased my house. The tech explained everything and how concerned he was with the unit and he recommended that I not turn it on and replace the whole unit when I have a chance.
