They really helped out in a serious bind! Great customer service and install. You wouldn’t even know they had been in our home to install a new furnace and air conditioning units. Highly recommend!

They brought EVERYBODY and got both units installed in a few hours to minimize the disruption and our down time. That was AWESOME. We just got out of their way and they clearly knew what to do. Very professional and cleaned up afterwards.

Not exactly sure I got the best information from the technician who completed the initial assessment of my system after speaking with the installation crew who completed the work. Installation crew did a very good job except for some minor sloppiness (stained my carpet in one spot with purple primer) and carelessness. To me a 5.0 is perfect so they did not achieve that.

Everything went well with McCarthy Services. Everyone was pleasant to work with. There was one glitch with the installation that wasn?t noticed righr away, but the installer returned promptly and solved the problem.

The entire process from sales consult and estimate with Orlando to completion of the work was seamless. The technicians, John and Young , arrived as scheduled. They were efficient in completing the installation of the new HVAC system; properly prepped and cleaned up the work area; reviewed the completed work with me; and patiently answered all my questions. As a homeowner for over 4 decades, I have had to do business with many companies. I highly recommend this one.

McCarthy Services showed up on time, had masks and booties on when entering the house and were very courteous. New Air Conditioning System and Furnace installed. Would highly recommend McCarthy Services.
