Had a major problem. I have two unit system and only replace one that was not working. They brought out the wrong size unit to replace the one that broke down. I told to take it back I was not going to replace and pay for the uint that was still working. Once install the county came out to inspect and found the unit gas line was not correct. Had to find another day off work and have them come back and replace the gas line to stop the stop leaks. Think I got a good price but the headaches to get it installed was pretty bad.

Solid value for the price. Big thing for us was they were able to install our new Carrier heat pump the morning after signing the contract.

This is a rental property. After the install was finished, I was informed "something" underneath the house needs to be cleaned four times a year. I wonder why. That was my concern. This was a 3 ton Carrier for $8500. There were some extras.

I believe I was overcharged and the system they installed was not 16 SEER, but 15.5 SEER according to the DOE website. It took multiple visits to get the condenser pad level on my sloped yard. Other issues I wasn't aware of caused the installation to fail County inspection. Customer service staff were very friendly & professional and I can't complain about their responsiveness to correct most of the issues. I think the salesman made a bad introduction to this company by gouging me on price and not delivering the 16 SEER HVAC he said I was buying.

I had the worst experience with them and I will never recommend them. They never showed up to give me an estimate and I took a day off to be home for them to install both units and again they never showed up. I had to call to find out what happened and oops again they had computer problems. It was rescheduled for the following day. Very frustrating.

Great experience overall with this vendor. They were very professional and did the job well. I found out after they left that there were a few areas of my basement that I had to clean up after them.

The A/C unit I replaced is not that optimal enough and doesn’t work as my old unit. Even though it cools to the set temperature, we don’t feel the same efficiency like having 2 ton 16 seer on 900 sqft. Had my air handler and heat pump replaced on 6/15. I was told the inspection would happen within the next 15 days. Today is 7/16 . Still waiting for the inspection from the county. No update or no call from them.

They did a monumental job in a short period of time. It was estimated it would take 12 hours and they had it done in about 6 hours. The experience was very positive.

Had through the wall air conditioning units (with an outside central compressor) installed in three upstairs bedrooms. Installation took just half a day and system works well.

We had an a/c unit, air handler, and furnace installed. They came on time, worked quickly, finished in a half day. Everything went well and it works great so far. We had a couple of quotes and theirs was comparable to others.

They went over the estimate with me. I wasn't trying to replace the air handler just the A/C - heat pump. My system was just old and the coolant used was being phased out. So it was cheaper for me to replace the inside and outside. I was not pushed into buying the system I choose. I was given 3 different system to choose from and I chose the one that fit my budget. The installers were right on time and they did an excellent job. Very happy and I have no problem recommending them.

These guys are fair and the warrantee they provide with their installation is phenomenal. Solid company.
