The window for the arrival time was large. Tech was nice did not try to up sell. We needed a new sump pump, tech had to come back next day to do the work. Job took awhile since all the pipes had to be brought up to code. Very satisfied with the work.

Great service! Inspected the main drain with the camera. they did a great job explaining the problem, options, and cost. A little too expensive for me, but otherwise would have hired them.

Because it was near the end of a slow month, the acting manager of a local office gave me a package deal that was much better than the other 3 quotes I received, if I let them do the installation before the next month. The work, replacing two existing, working AC systems, appears very good and was done on schedule. My reason for not rating them a full five stars is due to a couple minor customer service issues: 1) one of the existing systems no longer worked after the first salesman came to give a quote and left - he had a technician from his office come out to diagnose the problem at no cost - it turned out that the salesman had turned off the system and not correctly turned it back on, which was easily corrected, but another sales visit to make a quote had to be scheduled; 2) I had a question after installation as to why the higher capacity system had the smaller outdoor unit - an engineer for the installer gave me (also an engineer) a valid explanation, but it took me several calls and 8 hours to get the answer. (I was just trying to ensure that the units had not inadvertently been switched.) To be fair to McCarthy, they did satisfactorily address these issues, so I believe that overall they have good customer service, an opinion shared by the one previous customer I contacted, who also had an issue to resolve.

The technician was on time, informative, and thorough. Signed up for the scheduled maintenance service because I asked for it and was not given a hard sell.

Upgrade documenting methods, dont measure up to there service time of arrival, no documentation being left with customers, no in depth details on service call being documented, their diagnostics method isnt employed it basic and general it should be base diagnosing how the system is performance, failure to provide written warranty documentation

Called for a service appointment. They were available same day! Tech came and confirmed our suspicions, our furnace had been dying for a few years. We opted for replacement. Another tech was available for consult and estimate; arrived 30 minutes after the repair tech left. Friendly and professional, had us setup with an appropriately sized system for install next day. Reasonably priced with labor and taxes. Installation techs arrived early! New furnace installed and running within 3hrs! The speed of their entire team is amazing. Thur quality of work is second to none.
