Great experience. Worked out the details with William. He definitely loves his work and teaching HVAC! He answered all questions and was a great liaison between the company and workers! He kept the entire experience smooth. Dennis and Mike did the install. They were professional, knowledgeable and neat! Answered ALL my questions! William came to do the drywall repair. Again, neat and professional. His 26 years of experience was evident.

Estimator was knowledgeable. Installer were on time, and did a good job of cleaning up after installation was complete. Didn't think the after installation instructors were very thorough but i was able to decipher the programming of the thermostat.

The technician should not comment about work done before he was hired to the home warranty company because the house was covered for possible failures in appliance and equipment.

The two men who installed both furnace and air conditioner were very professional and did a terrific job, really knew what they were doing.

Taking out and filter is a problem is an issue but was fixed the following day.

$99.95 service call. Seems like a lot, right? Nah. Scarcity of goods and services makes it reasonable. Anywho, James came out, diagnosed the problem, identified the cost to replace some parts, and didn t mind when I told him I would transition to my home warranty company for the repair. Excellent customer service in an experienced tradesman.
