From quoting the project through contracting and installation everything was done professionally and with great regard for my home and personal satisfaction

This was a real emergency for me. We discovered the pipe crack two days before turning the house keys over to our realtor and leaving the state. The technician that came out stayed and finished a ten hour repair even though he should have left for a funeral. They finished the job and I only lost a day of travel!!!!!!

I got a new AC unit through them. The customer service rep (Tammy) was great to work with and the sales rep Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable. The techs that did the install were on time (early), and there work was great! I considered another company and they were planning to take the trim kit off of the opening to the attic where the new AC UNIT was going. However these guys just took the Ac coup apart and got it through without any fuss! I would highly recommend these guys!! Thank you!!

McCarthy installed a replacement A/C and air handler. Joseph did a great job walking us through everything, and the install crew followed through with all of our plans. Everything went smooth, and we highly recommend McCarthy!

The window for the arrival time was large. Tech was nice did not try to up sell. We needed a new sump pump, tech had to come back next day to do the work. Job took awhile since all the pipes had to be brought up to code. Very satisfied with the work.

Great service! Inspected the main drain with the camera. they did a great job explaining the problem, options, and cost. A little too expensive for me, but otherwise would have hired them.

Because it was near the end of a slow month, the acting manager of a local office gave me a package deal that was much better than the other 3 quotes I received, if I let them do the installation before the next month. The work, replacing two existing, working AC systems, appears very good and was done on schedule. My reason for not rating them a full five stars is due to a couple minor customer service issues: 1) one of the existing systems no longer worked after the first salesman came to give a quote and left - he had a technician from his office come out to diagnose the problem at no cost - it turned out that the salesman had turned off the system and not correctly turned it back on, which was easily corrected, but another sales visit to make a quote had to be scheduled; 2) I had a question after installation as to why the higher capacity system had the smaller outdoor unit - an engineer for the installer gave me (also an engineer) a valid explanation, but it took me several calls and 8 hours to get the answer. (I was just trying to ensure that the units had not inadvertently been switched.) To be fair to McCarthy, they did satisfactorily address these issues, so I believe that overall they have good customer service, an opinion shared by the one previous customer I contacted, who also had an issue to resolve.
