Great experience overall with this vendor. They were very professional and did the job well. I found out after they left that there were a few areas of my basement that I had to clean up after them.

The A/C unit I replaced is not that optimal enough and doesn’t work as my old unit. Even though it cools to the set temperature, we don’t feel the same efficiency like having 2 ton 16 seer on 900 sqft. Had my air handler and heat pump replaced on 6/15. I was told the inspection would happen within the next 15 days. Today is 7/16 . Still waiting for the inspection from the county. No update or no call from them.

They did a monumental job in a short period of time. It was estimated it would take 12 hours and they had it done in about 6 hours. The experience was very positive.

Had through the wall air conditioning units (with an outside central compressor) installed in three upstairs bedrooms. Installation took just half a day and system works well.

We had an a/c unit, air handler, and furnace installed. They came on time, worked quickly, finished in a half day. Everything went well and it works great so far. We had a couple of quotes and theirs was comparable to others.

They went over the estimate with me. I wasn't trying to replace the air handler just the A/C - heat pump. My system was just old and the coolant used was being phased out. So it was cheaper for me to replace the inside and outside. I was not pushed into buying the system I choose. I was given 3 different system to choose from and I chose the one that fit my budget. The installers were right on time and they did an excellent job. Very happy and I have no problem recommending them.

These guys are fair and the warrantee they provide with their installation is phenomenal. Solid company.

Competitive quote. Salesperson spent plenty of time explaining options. Explained the entire range but didn't try to oversell us either. Installation was quick and efficient. They did everything they promised and more.

My airhandler unit in the attic rusted thru and was leaking water requiring a replacement the whole heat pump system (25 yrs old). The replacement took three days to finish due, in part, to the unexpected addition of three new ceiling vents for proper airflow, getting the necessary parts, and fabricating the associated duct work. I was impressed by the dedication shown by the installers to insure that the system was installed properly and also integrated correctly with my hot water boiler heating system. Additionally, Jennifer at McCarthy followed up on getting me a Carrier rebate for my system. My system has been in place for 5 months now and no installation or equipment issues. My thanks to the McCarthy team.

The estimator seemed knowledgeable and professional, but after I signed the contract for a new furnace, I found out that other companies offered the same unit and BTUs installed for a lot less. So I feel like I was tag-teamed between the estimator and his boss on the other end of the line, but I blame myself for not doing due diligence on prices beforehand. Anyway, the people who installed it were young but seemed to know what they were doing, and showed me afterward how it functions. It's still summer so I don't know yet how well the furnace works. Would not recommend just because I do believe I was sold a bill of goods. The estimator also said he would follow up to see how things went, but that's never happened.

They gave me the best estimate, l would definitely recommend, they went above and beyond very happy.
