Description of Work: We have used Marshall twice now and each time they were honest and timely in their work. They did not try to upsell at all and even gave a discount the second time for doing the work the same day and for being a repeat customer. Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Once they were finally on-site, the gutter work was pristine. It took 4 calls to get the work scheduled AFTER I faxed back a signed contract. Once I did finally get a commitment, it was 3 weeks out. Great work, lousy logistics and customer service.

Description of Work: Fixed a leak in my screen porch roof caused by shingles not being overlapped properly and loose flashing. Work was done in 1 hour and at the cost agreed.

Description of Work: The WRONG MARSHALL ROOFING is listed. We were serviced by Marshalls of 7220 Telegraph Rd.,Lorton, VA 22079-1556. They replaced our roof and siding in Spring 2014 and this spring they replaced the gutters. They are a very professional and quality service. Every employee we have met has been knowledgeable and skilled. When a family member had a potential roof leak, Doug responded to my email by quickly inspecting the other site. We will definitely call on them for all future work.

Description of Work: Removed old ashphalt shingles from main house, garage and deck. Replaced warped and rotted plywood and facia boards. Installed new ashphalt shingles. Installed new gutters on garage. One of the gutters was not installed with the correct slope and water pooled in it. I adjusted the slope on the gutter myself (easy to do on the garage since I could access it using a 6-ft step ladder).

Description of Work: Repaired missing shingles in a downpour and the previous roof installers put the nails into the roof the wrong way causing a dam to build up and start leaking into a bedroom. They came out right away and took care of our problem. This is the second time we have used them. Had another issue last summer. I highly recommend them and their staff, Jason and Norville. Pleasant and friendly to work. You get the friendliness starting with the front office people right away.

Description of Work: Installed new flashing on roof section. I have used this provider for several service calls, and have always found them to be very good in workmanship and pinpointing the source of the leak. Marshall roof and Capital Roofing were the only 2 of the 6 estimators that actually went on the roof to look for the problem. Most of the estimators from other companies just looked from down below, and some even suggested I replace the whole roof. I plan to use Marshall Roofing when its time to replace the roof their honesty deserves my business.

Description of Work: My wife and I are absolutely thrilled with our entire Marshall Roofing experience. They are FIRST rate by far. Doug McCleaf was the first to contact us back...SAME day we called. Doug was the first to come out and really set the bar very high. He provided an very in depth assessment, took the time to answer all our questions and left us with our detailed estimate same day. The day the roof was replaced, Guadalupe and his crew were 30 minutes early and worked non-stop until the roof was completed and every bit of the old roof and trash was removed. The final walk through inspection went like clockwork. I DEFIANTLY would and have recommended Marshall Roofing to family and friends.

Description of Work: They not only fix the loose or replaced some shingles on roof, they also did carpentry work on rotten wood trim above the door. Part of the gutter where water comes out, a piece fell out was put back together. I'm very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: Reattached an existing downspout on back of 3-story Single family home that came off during a storm and also added extra mounting straps on some of the other existing downspouts. |
