Description of Work: The date of service is very approximate. It turned to be a very minor job (re-nailing of some loose rake board capping)with no materials required other than a few nails. Marshall's response time was way ahead of my expectations, however. | |I continue to be positively impressed with this company and its people. Marshall's front office is also very well organized and accurate in terms of scheduling work. Marshall will be my first stop for anything having to do with roofing or siding.

Description of Work: They installed new roof, vents, gutters and gutter covers for two stories. | |All the people in the company were very nice. I had a wonderful experience from the beginning (estimate) to the end (final inspection). I took three estimates. The one from Marshall was not the most inexpensive one but I liked the way they estimated, very precise and careful in details. The price was still competitive and reasonable. All of the pictures taken at the time of the estimate and after the completion of work explained everything. They worked hard and left everywhere clean. I praise their professionalism.

Estimate was very competitive and much less than one other company with similar ratings on Angie's list. Jason was very professional and did the work in a timely fashion. Looks great and very happy with the service.

Description of Work: remove old shingles for entire roof with substantial pitch, trsted wood sheathing and determined it was sound and not in need of replacement. added a skylight and a carpenter built an interior soffit for sloped ceiling that spanned depth of roofline. Applied new shingles to roof. Used copper trim.

Description of Work: This is the second job recently where I took bids on similar scop of work by licensed and insured roofer where Marshall Roofing exceeded my expectations. Recent scope was relative simple on newly acquired home. Place gutter covers on existing gutters after evaluating existing condition. Work was done as weather permitted in a timely and professional team and did some supplemental touch up caulking at chimney flashing and one bathroom exhaust roof penetration at no cost as it seemed "needed"

Description of Work: Replaced front-of-house gutters and downspouts. The crew did the job while I was at work, so I could observe them in action. They left the yard looking immaculate, did the job right, and did not damage any of my plantings (the whole front of my home is a bed of plantings) by placing their ladders carefully. While this was a relatively small bit of work, I will definitely use them when it comes time to replace or repair my roof.

Description of Work: Needed some minor repairs and caulking done on my townhouse before winter set in. Norval did the work and he is one of the best! Marshall Roofing provides easy to read and understand estimates prior to the work and completes the work on time and on budget.

Description of Work: I had quite a few leaks in my townhome, and after having several companies in to repair them without positive results, I called Marshalls. They fixed every one over a year ago. Many rain storms later, I still have no leaks. Their workmanship, professionalism and reliability is the reason I am using them to replace all the windows in my home.
