Description of Work: Have used Marshall Roofing several times, as well as a couple of others. Marshall has always been very very professional. Did excellent work, provided an excellent pre-bid inspection complete with pictures of inclinometer to display the pitch of roof, hail damage, etc, Never got any bum's rush, sales pressure. It did take them a long time to actually do the work (this was during the last hail storm - but was happy to wait and not get involved with the several companies that showed up from out of state to do roof jobs from a host on sub-contractors. The Techs that came for the inspection and for the after-work quality control were excellent. The QC guy even did another magnetic nail sweep and only found two nails that were missed by the regular clean up crew. Thought the first crew working on Thursday and wouldn;t be back until Monday (roof was fully covered during their absence) left in the early afternoon. Thought that given the small roof, a town house, that they could have finished the shingles that same day. Nothing untoward occured before Monday when they returned - just never a good idea to leave a roof uncovered with shingles if at all possible. I am confident Marshall KNOWS what they are doing and don't take short cuts. The only real thing they could improve is the snarky and very short telephone support I got from (possibly the short handed help). They were so short as to border on rude. Never had encountered that with the company before and the two young men (inspector and QC guy) really made up for the shortcomings of the office. Extremely professional!

Description of Work: Representative from Marshall roofing made an appointment for the estimate, were punctual and provided a written estimate for all work, which included replacing damage shutters and water damaged wood on a bay window and painting the trim. The crew arrived the day & time they said would, worked diligently and professionally and cleaned up the area after themselves. Excellent quality and not only would i recommend them, I plan on using them in the future if/when i replacement the roof.
