I was very happy with them. I had some add ons. I had to call them back cause I wasn't quite sure what was going on. It was on one of the edges. He got right up on the ladder and came right away. They were very punctual.

They pay attention to detail. Jeremy provided a super thorough estimate of the work that needed done. There was no guess work or harsh sales tactics.

Excellent. We moved into a house with old visually cracked plastic skylights. Robert, from Marshall, assessed the work needed clearly with good recommendations. The price estimate was significantly better than I received from other roofing companies. Robert did an excellent installation with Velux skylights and flashing. Three years later, they still look amazing with the glass clarity. I meant to provide a review much earlier.

Marshall is the best. The quote was quick and fair, scheduling was painless and prompt and the work was done quickly. Again, have to give them credit for not trying to up-sell and push services (like asking us to replace the entire roof instead of just some missing shingles).

I had several shutters and a piece of the aluminum wrap blow off during a big wind storm. I called Marshall Roofing, and they were able to send out their carpenter the same day. He gave me an estimate, and told me I would be called with the appointment time. He was able to come back 3 days later, and everything was fixed.

We can't say enough good things about the company! A friend of ours recently used them to re-roof and install siding on her house, so we decided to check them out. Our service representative Doug McLeaf was professional, friendly, and responsive - straight out of central casting for what you want in a construction service representative. What amazed us is that after our first meeting, he sat in his pickup truck and banged out a proposal. Within minutes, we had it. The prices seemed fair for the amount of work to be done. Once we gave the green light, everything came off like clockwork. We were blessed with a stretch of good weather so they were able to get everything done in the space of about 10 days. The roof came first; they worked quickly and were done in about three days. The siding was more complicated as they discovered that the aluminum siding was put on top of a stucco structure. This meant that the vinyl siding couldn't be installed the normal way (using more power tools), but by hand using nails and hammers. The last project was the aluminum door. What we thought would be a simple change-out was much more complicated, requiring multiple adjustments along the way. Even after the work was done, the foreman returned the next day to adjust the door handle until it was working perfectly. After a final walk through, we noted one oversight - an area that needed caulking but was missed. I let the company know, and they sent someone within hours to take care of the problem. We are extremely happy with the final product. The house looks clean, updated, and unlike before the project when our house was beginning to show age, we now feel like we're holding our own against the new construction going up in the neighborhood. It's A across the board really, we have nothing even slightly bad to say about them. We had an excellent experience, it took them a couple of days, it had to do with the weather. They were very professional in the way handled everything, I mean we've had the roof done before and by comparison this was excellent.

It went very well. Process is great and staff is on top of it.

Much to my dismay, I awoke one morning to find three gallons of water pouring through a light fixture in the ceiling of my bay window during a heavy snow. The upshot was that our insurance company agreed to pay for a new roof. After getting a number of estimates, we decided to use Marshall. They offered a reasonable quote, but we were also impressed by their plan for repairing the damage - it addressed aspects that other companies had not included. They also replaced our gutters and downspouts. Marshall did a lovely job, finishing the work on schedule. We hope to use them again to replace our siding, as their customer service, prices, and quality of work are top-notch.

They did a great job, and were very professional.

Other than a slip in schedule due to post-hailstorm workload, this job went without a hitch. Once we got a firm install date, materials were delivered on time and work was performed quickly and efficiently, Area was cleaned up and final job looks fantastic.

Arrived when scheduled and finished the complete job in one day including cleanup.

After making arrangements for an estimate, I received a phone call from the fellow who went to the house. His accent was very heavy, we had a bad phone connection and I had trouble understanding. I asked for a written estimate with an explanation of what was needed. That was the last time I heard from them. Perhaps this was not the usual experience with this company, as they do have excellent reviews...but I was understandably disappointed and dismayed by the lack of follow through and professionalism.

Several projects over several years have gone very well. Overall, I am happy with them and I would hire them again. When I called them recently, however, they were overly busy and unable to schedule a visit to provide a cost estimate for several weeks, so I had to find another way to solve an immediate problem.

Marshall roofing's service technician Chris Thomas did a great job. He came to gave an estimate and put a pan into the attic to prevent further water leak through the ceiling. A few days later, he came on time as scheduled and finished the repair in 4 hours. He also checked the roof over, sealed all the vents and secured a rain gauge. He went into the attic again to remove the water pan. All the debris and nails were cleaned from the job site. Chris has 10+ years of experience. He was very professional, but also very kind and helpful. He will be our top choice roofer from now on.

About 20 shingles needed replacing. The work was done promptly and satisfactorily.

The roofer came out and replaced the damaged shingles.

They sent a kid out who said it was my furnace that was leaking and causing the problem he said I needed 4 different spouts caulked. I called my furnace company to come out and had to pay for that and right away they saw that it was not the spouts or the furnace it was a leak in my roof where the flashing needed to be replaced.

Punctual, professional demeanor, was willing to provide different viable options and prices for work. Pointed out areas needing additonal maintenance, but did not try to "upsell" for services I did not request

Terrific! In addition to doing a perfectly fine job on the roof (which needed a lot of plywood replaced), siding, and gutters, Marshall went above and beyond by securing an electrician for us at the last minute during the holidays in order to deal with an electrics issue that had to be addressed before they could do the siding. Also, when I was startled by the mess left in the attic (because so much plywood had to be replaced) - which was really my fault, because their contract warned of this and I hadn't paid close attention - they offered to send someone out to vacuum things up, and did so promptly. Their prices are competitive and they do a super job. A few years back, I had hired them to do siding work at our church, and the results were just as good. Highly recommend.

The work went very quickly, and I checked the roof after a very hard windy rain and there were no leaks at all. The old ducts were removed, the bathroom exhaust fans are all much quieter without all the pressure due to the 25' long duct work, and the attic is much cooler on hot days now. The air handler also runs a lot less. It used to run 100% of the time from a hot afternoon until about 11 at night but now it turns on and off as needed, even in during the peak heat of the day.

Very well. Product installed was flawed. Marshall re-ordered and re-installed.

Terrible. We told the scheduler that we had a cedar shake roof. A specific person familiar with cedar shake roofing was supposed to come out. Instead a different person arrived, and said he couldn't even look at the roof because he didn't know anything about cedar shake. So they wasted our time.

They came out. They were very efficient. They told us what they were going to do. The installation hasn't been subjected to any real tests but it looks good. My wife was here when they did the job. She said they were very nice and they understood what it was that they had to do. They seemed to be a very good company. The pricing was quite reasonable. It was good. It took a while to get an appointment because they were actually busy.

When our roof was damaged by hail I researched roofers and picked Marshell's because of the great reviews they have as well as an outstanding job done on a neighbors home. Almost all of the homes on our street had new roofs put on because of hail damage and watching the way the different companies worked made me glad we picked Marshalls. I saw companies subcontract to men in unmarked pick up trucks who didn't have an English speaker in the crew, roofs were left bare in the rain over night without even a tarp to keep the rain out, shingles on one roof were placed top to bottom instead of correctly bottom to top, packages of shingles were thrown on the driveway and hauled to the roof with ropes damaging the shingles, and shingles and nails were thrown into yards instead of a dumpster like Marshall's had. Matt worked with our insurance company to get them to pay for everything we needed for a beautiful new roof and gutters. Thank you Marshall's!
