Marshall Roofing Siding and Windows

They were professional in every aspect of the job. I feel we got the quality of work that we paid for. They were extremely reasonable in their price and I felt they were great to work with. I would recommend them to others.

There were 2 supervisors with the 4-man crew. They did an excellent job overseeing everything. The job was well done and they were very clean. They even used a magnet to make sure there were no nails around.

In terms of price, I can say they were very competitive. They worked well, completed the job without a problem, and cleaned up really well when they were through. I would recommend them to others and will use them again if and when I have to.

I had called three roofers for estimates. The first two wanted over $5,000. Marshall Roofing estimated the job at only $3,700. I checked back with the other companies and they could not match that price and admitted that Marshall Roofing did an excellent job. They were very professional and organized. We were very satisfied with the results. It was a relatively small roof and they did the job in a timely fashion. I was pleased that they followed up with us after the job was completed and even sent a thank you card to us.

The work was good but there were a few issues I had with them. They arrived to install the attic fan when we were not home and we did not know they were supposed to be there that day. I thought it very was odd and weird for them to perform the work while no one was home. I don't know who was at fault but I did not like that. I guess they were punctual to a fault. Actually, the attic fan they installed was not the attic fan I wanted. We called to tell them that but they have yet to respond to us. The quality work was good but I think their communication could be better.

Marshall Roofing Incorporated is a reliable and responsive business. I was totally satisfied with their work. They came when they said they would. Everyone acted in a professional and courteous manner. I was very glad that they were so neat and efficient. The price was very reasonable as well.

This operation is first class all the way. We were truly impressed with their professionalism, courtesy, respect for our property, and their constant willingness to make us happy. My husband can be rather particular and he is extremely happy with the entire job. We had two small problem areas and Marshall Roofing corrected the problems within 48 hours. All the crews we dealt with from our initial contact, Mike Sullivan, through the roofers, the siders, their in-house inspectors to the gutter guys were first rate! They really care about their work and doing quality work, something that is hard to find! I only wish Angie's List had an A+ list because this company would be on it.

I took competitive bids for the work and they were the best. They gave top quality and I will use them in the future.

Went very well. Crew was experienced and diligent and worked non-stop. We're also using them to replace patio doors and windows.

Estimator showed up as scheduled. Installers were delayed by two days and did not call to let me know. I had to call them to find out why they did not show. The roof was finished in 1/2 day, with a thorough clean-up.

Rob came out to do estimate. Seemed to be really knowledgeable and honest. Scheduled them to do work and received a letter stating the approximate start date. A storm was on its way. They called me to let me know they were going to try to do my roof before the storm - much sooner than the letter stated. Never had a company be so proactive! They came and performed the work as planned. Have had no problems at all thus far with roof or other leaks they repaired. Also, required no up front money and they didn't bill me until everything was done! Another plus!

The workmen were very courteous and completed the work in a timely manner-Troy Marshall, the owner, came out to inspect the work and quickly address any issues-I need to have some windows replaced and as this company does that as well, I will consider having them do the work.

It took a couple of times for them to get it right. When they came the second time they didn't have the roof shingles.

Overall, we were very pleased with Marshal Roofing and their ability to do the work in such a timely manner. We spoke with the owner of the company who contacted us before and after the job to ensure satisfaction of all the work that had been done at our home. In addition, we found his written estimate to be very clear and the price to be very good.

We received an estimate. We wanted to replace two double hung windows with a large picture windows with grids. Once we picked out the window, all windows were ordered and were promptly delivered. The weather called for torrential rains on the install date, Thursday. The company promptly called and said they would install Friday and Saturday. The installers were here at the time they promised on Friday and returned Saturday to complete the job. They were prompt, cleaned up as they went, and were very professional.

The windows were promptly ordered and promptly installed. Replacing over 20 windows took only two days. The workers were professional and respectful. They cleaned up so well (in the house and hauling the trash) that there was no evidence at all that such extensive work had been done. Their work was careful, resulting in no damage to the wood trim on the inside. They even cleaned the new windows (which had already looked clean to me) and even offered to rehang the window blinds which I was unable to rehang. I could not be more pleased. My roof replacement at an earlier date went equally well. THIS COMPANY, MORE THAN ANY OTHER I'VE EVER WORKED WITH, KNOWS THE MEANING OF 'CUSTOMER SERVICE'. I actually chose to replace my windows when I did specifically because I found out that Marshall Roofing does window replacement. Knowing I'd be working with them took the hassle factor out of the picture. I have recommended them for roofing and windows and friends agree they they are fabulous.

The workers arrived on time, and did a good job replacing our roof. It was a big job, and it took longer than expected. They finished most of the job, but took a couple of weeks to get back and finish the rest. Overall, they did good work. We have had no leaks, despite several heavy rains.

Estimator arrived on time. Estimate arrived in the mail two days later. They started work about six weeks after I signed the contract. It took 3 days to complete the work. They did an excellent job and a thorough job cleaning up after-wards. Total cost exceeded the estimate by a few hundred dollars for the cost of replacing the rotted wood (I expected this from the contract). Even with the increase for the price of the wood, they were half the price of the highest estimate I got.

The estimator arrived on time and discussed the roof repair job with me for about 15 minutes. He told me he would call with the name of another roofer. He never did. However, I did appreciate Marshall sending out the estimator to look at my roof.

They came when they were supposed to and did a good job. They cleaned up well and I was very comfortable with the work they did. I was very happy with them.

We were extremely pleased with their performance. The entire staff was extremely professional in all respects - scheduling, estimates, site evaluation and work performance. They were extremely responsive with follow up. We tested it at the first rain and there was a small leak where the gutter was screwed in at one point. We called in to get this fixed, work was done the same day to our complete satisfaction. Great service. We look forward to using them again in the future. The work was done in a timely and very professional manner. The installers were extremely qualified and did an excellent job.

The workers were knowledgeable and talented. We were very happy with their work product, until the very end. There were a few things that needed to be fixed and it took several weeks to get them back onto the site to fix them. Otherwise we have a very hard roof line with a lot of angles and they did very good job overall.

It was a very professional job. Marshall's estimator and workers came when they said they would, worked diligently and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I WOULD SAY THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, BECAUSE WE DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM. THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD. THEY DID A GOOD JOB & WHEN DONE WITH THE ROOF, CLEANED UP BEHIND THEMSELVES.
