The Marshall Roofing team was superb from estimate to completion. Our insurance company determined we had major hail damage after a leak inside our home. Marshall Roofing worked efficiently and most surprising of all was the way they were able to clean up along the way, never, ever leaving a trace they had even been here. Very impressive! They replaced our roof and gutters as well. Our house looks great. We would absolutely hire them again!

Matt Marshall and his staff was very professional. Matt responded promptly to all our questions and concerns. Over the three days Marshall Roofing was on our property their crew was diligent, worked hard and completely cleaned up afterwards. Matt stopped by throughout to confirm all was being done properly and well. They were top notch in every respect.

Took 2 days instead of the expected 1, but was done to cause minimal disruption. There was a rather large problem that was missed on the initial inspection, but the project manager worked with us to provide a satisfactory resolution.

The workmen arrived on time. They had to work into evening hours to complete the job. New planned skylights were not able to be done because of the configuration of the attic beams. They gave me some suggestions to compensate for this. All in all, everything went well. The office staff was good in letting me know if there was any change in scheduling due to weather conditions.

If you read no further than this, the bottomline: One of the BEST contracting companies we've worked with - ever. Every aspect of Matt Marshall's service was perfect. We did a lot of research and found a company based in Colorado that engineers synthetic cedar shakes (company is CEDUR). Although CEDUR has large market in the west, it's not broken through in WMA. As soon as Matt heard we wanted to use CEDUR, he was thrilled to learn about a new material and he did extensive background research to understand the product. It is my pleasure to share with other prospective customers that EVERY step through our new roof project was easy and 100% satisfying. CEDUR sent a rep from Colorado to specifically train Marshall crew; Matt communicated with us every day on progress; Marshall roofing crew did a flawless job with the best daily worksite cleanup, and, although the cost is more than a standard roof (copper accessories added to the price), Matt outbid other competitors and proved to us honesty and trustworthiness that is not always part of other companies' agenda. We enlarged our skylights - Jason and Jarrod were respectful of our interior and took great pride in their work. They cleaned the skylights inside and out multiple times, and even were ready to come back at a moment's notice should we find any imperfections. The final result is one of the best roofs we've seen. It is the perfect pairing of an excellent roofing company and the beautiful craftsmanship of CEDUR - they truly look like real shakes. They are fabricated with 45+ different lines, so they reflect the sunlight in various angles, just like real wood. They have depth and different widths, and the color is stunning. Furthermore, they are going to have a long life-span with high impact rating, which makes the cost acceptable. As for Marshall, we are going to use them again for window expansion. I can't write enough positive comments about our experience and happiness working with this company. Matt was always there to supervise, take photos, and send us emails. And, he and the crew, led by the expert lead roofer Lucio, were cheerful and professional the entire time. Lastly, Marshall represented themselves with high pride. Every truck was clean and clearly marked with their logo. No truck dripped oil (that's a HUGE plus). The crew knocked on the door each morning to query if they could park in front of our garage. Really, the list goes on. I hope you've read this far because Marshall will not disappoint you. Please note the attached photos of this terrific CEDUR product that Marshall installed for us to perfection. We are very, very happy customers.

While Marshall was recommended to us by neighbors, repeated calls and messages to them went unreturned. I understand that they may be busy or overbooked, but the courtesy of a return call would seem to be a minimal standard of good business.

First the gutter guy came out, took a look and I never heard from him again. Then the roof repair guy came out. He told me that the low slope roof wasn't installed right and that it would need to be redone. Also he said that the siding around the roof would have to be reinstalled. I said OK, give me a price. I never heard back. I called him a week later to see if he was going to quote the work. Oh yes he says. i have just been busy. I haven't heard anything since and that was over a month ago. They probably didn't want the work but didn't have the guts to tell me. What a nonprofessional way to do business.

I should have paid more attention to the other reviews! I called and made an appointment for an estimate. The estimator was supposed to come to my house between 8 and 9 AM on Saturday. At 10:00 AM, when he hadn't arrived, I called the office - the phone rang about 6 times and then disconnected. Now I can the rest of my Saturday trying to find a dependable roofer.

Sent an email saying they would contact me but never did. I left 3 messages and no one called me back.

Signed contract in June. Work not scheduled until August. Would not let us opt out. Hard to get a hold off. No one answers the office phone. No response to emails. After job was finished, had to ask to come back and fix some issues that should have been obvious.

They did great. I liked that they came when they said they would and they fixed the roof. My interactions with them were great, they were great. I can't see the repair, but I think it is fine. I always expect things a little bit more cheaper. I think the price was good. I am planning on using them in the future.

It was outstanding. Chris Thomas did an excellent job - professional, neat, friendly and on-time and schedule. He installed the skylight and the shingles around it to ensure a perfect installation. I will continue to use Marshall Roofing and recommend to others.

Great service for getting the quote. Their estimate price came in the lowest but came in kind of a strange way of getting a quote. It came on a sheet of paper scribbled and what not. It wasn't the most professional looking thing. They were really efficient. They were able to give a quote really fast.

Great! Prompt, courteous, dedicated.

Installation went well. I had to call them back out to fix some exterior caulking.

Marshall did an excellent job on both projects. They removed and replaced the gutter helmets on the back of the house and put a new gutter system on the front of the house.

Once they finally got there it went very smooth.

I called and scheduled a roof estimate 3 weeks ago. After no one showed up or called, I called them. They had me in they're system but no one was sent out. Complete waste of my time. Then they said they might be able to get someone out in a few days. Don't waste your time with this company. There are plenty of good roofing companies in the area that respect your time.

Couldn't get them to call me back after multiple calls. Just wanted to get them to come out for a quote. Apparently they have so much work they weren't Interested in putting a new roof on my house. My father in law used them for a new roof and was happy with the work.

Better than I expected.I would definitely use this company for any of the services they offer. I interviewed three firms . Doug McCleaf from Marshall impressed me the most with knowledge and ability to convey the scope of the project. Marshall had replaced my roof 24 years ago and I think they have gotten better. I would highly recommend Marshall's for roof replacement.

They showed up on time, but have not followed up with recommended action for over 3 weeks despite a follow up call from me to get information back. Previously they did work on my roof and I was pleased with their work, but they have not been responsive this time, so I will have to check with another contractor.

Based on Marshall's rating on Angie's List, I called them to replace all of my shutters (9 windows = 18 shutters). I was given an appointment several weeks later. I reluctantly accepted because I did not want to wait that long. I waited in good faith and they called at the last second and said I would have to wait for two more weeks just for an estimate. So disrespectful of my time. If you want something done timely, don't call Marshall's Roofing.

I was very happy with them. I had some add ons. I had to call them back cause I wasn't quite sure what was going on. It was on one of the edges. He got right up on the ladder and came right away. They were very punctual.
