Chris, who we worked with, seemed confident he corrected the lead. It's been a month and as far as we can tell it worked. We have a year warranty so if we see any water he will come back to correct the problem. Great to work with and we are happy with the service provided.

Very well. Because it was not an emergency, it took a little longer than I would have liked, but when I reminded them, they were very responsive and did good work.

The salesman came very quick to give me a very thoroughly estimate. After I scheduled a date for my repair, they keep pushing me back and every time they pushed me back they gave me a lecture about I requested to be home when they do the work. I told salesman in the beginning that I'd like to be home when they perform the work. The scheduling people gave me lecture saying my request made them pushing me back. It may be my job is too small for them, the scheduling lady was not very professional when giving me the lecture. So anyway I had another company did my repair, they were pretty good to fit my request.

Working with Marshall has been the best contractor experience I have had. Chris Butler came out to do the estimate on a Saturday morning and actually listened to what we were interested in having done. The estimate was well written and included not only the work but the name brand of the material to be used do we could examine the quality of various estimates. It was a no-nonsense estimate and I didn't feel the need to question the total costs as they were very reasonable (i.e. it didn't feel like a huge markup to begin negotiations as some other estimates did). The other two estimates we received on the room were from 15% to 25% higher. We hired Marshall and the work was completed on time, the crews did a great job of cleaning up all debris, and the roof looks great. The gutter work also looks fantastic and the gutter guards match the roof and keep out all the leaves.

They were very professional, on time and very good. Their price was very good.

The front office scheduling personnel were a pleasure to deal with. They scheduled the initial free estimate, kept me informed regarding the timing of doing the job, notified me when they had to postpone because of bad weather, and performed the work as promised. No hassles, no surprises. I wasn't even home when the work was done. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price! I will definitely use them as needed in the future and would recommend them to others.

Rob provided the estimate and came and performed the work. During the home buying process, inspection was done by Marshalls and the seller had agreed to pay some money for the damaged shingles. I used that money and some more to get the repair done. There was no leak or anything - it is a preventative type of stuff. Apparently people who did the repair last time, did not do a good job and those were rectified by Rob.

They were excellent! They were on time and clean, and did a really great job cleaning up afterwards! We have recommended them to others already!

Flying squirrels had chewed through my old gutter screens and made a hole through the fascia at the rear corner of my roof. They got into the walls and caused quite a racket during the winter. James from Marshall Roofing gave me an estimate to repair the damage and replace my old screens with newer aluminum screens at the rear and front. The cost was reasonable compared to another contractor. The repair had to be rescheduled three times because of rain but they notified me before hand every time and let me know the next best available date. The repair was done on time and they also sent me pictures of the repair work done though I would have liked to get before repair pictures as well. I would definitely recommend them again.

We called a few companies from Angie's list only two were able to come within week for an estimate. They checked the spots found another and did not try to oversell. Great to work with.

It was a little hard to get them to come out since it was a minor repair. Finally came out for estimate and repaired on the spot.

They were very nice on time and they were very clean. They brought one wrong window but they replaced it immediately.

They are great. They are the most efficient company I have ever seen. I am so impressed with them. They are not cheap. It is just that, if you want a good roof they will do a good job. First of all, when they came out to my house, I had an estimate at nine o'clock. We live I would say maybe 45 minutes away. They were here at nine o'clock, they came out with their ladders, did everything really quick with a team of people, went through real quick and they left it at my doorstep because I had to leave, left at the doorstep a folder with their insurance information on it. They have all the insurances that you need. They gave me that. They gave me copies of the roof I wanted, what it was, colors, a whole thing in a packet. They said "we'll send you an estimate" and a certain amount of time looks like a day or two so that I get an email with the total estimate all laid out, what everything was going to be and what you are going to do and what it covers. I decided to go with them. They set a date. They have not asked me for money yet. They put the stuff in front of my garage. They called me and say "we are going to be a day late so we will be doing it Monday through Friday". They were done Monday through Friday they were there, perfectly on time. Finished the roof in time. I asked them to do the gutters, they gave me a very reasonable price on the gutters for my whole house. They did all the gutters the next week. They were done just when they said and they were gone and it is gorgeous. It is such as nice roof and everything is so nice and they were so helpful. They sent me samples in the mail. They were just helpful. You hear roofing nightmares but these guys are really good. They just have no problem. They never scammed me once.

They do great work. I have been using them for years.

Quoted price was almost $1,000 less espensive than other estimates which is amazing, and having no upfront deposit is even better. It pays to get several quotes. Windows were installed correctly and on time, and matched the installation of previous replacements. One of the vinyl sliding windows had a small crack which was replaced under warranty within 10 days. Overall a very good experience and I will use Marshall again for future window replacement projects.

The contractor arrived on time to give us an estimate. He explained the entire procedure from start to finish and gave us a time estimate for completion of the job. We accepted the estimate and the order was placed. The materials arrived. The color of the Hardyplank was correct but the texture was wrong. We were given a discount when the mistake was discovered. The employees were courteous. They were working on a very windy day when 2 trees fell on the corner of the garage. The tree just missed one of the workers. . A saw was destroyed and the workers had to redo what they had just finished. On the final day of construction, it began to snow.. Rain, falling trees and snow did not stop the activity of work. The house looks fantastic.

The estimate was the best price of the 3 companies I received an estimate from. For the estimate, I liked the fact that the inspector went on the roof to examine as well as looked in the attic for any potential issues. I was printed off a very professional estimate and was not pushed into making a decision that day. All work was completed as scheduled and the estimate price was exactly met. The work done was beyond my expectations. The new roof and skylight looks great. I made it past a very heavy storm with my new skylight and now it appears like my old leak is gone. When my main roof has to be replaced in about 8 years, Marshall Roofing will get my return business.

Although we did not go with Marshalls I found their estimator very professional. Their office was very responsive and helpful. Their estimate was very clear. We chose to go with another company which uses GAF roofing, not realizing (until Chris at Marshall's came back to us) that Marshalls also installs GAF. Had we not already contracted with the other company we might have considered getting another quote from Marshalls.

They were able to schedule an estimate pretty quickly - the estimate was clear and reasonable. The work was scheduled and completed within a week or 2 (slight weather delay) from when I decided to go with Marshall. The whole process was very smooth and I have already recommended Marshall to a neighbor.

The job could not be started on time due to weather delays, which is totally understandable. The crew worked efficiently and in a professional manner and their clean up was great, too.

Great...we've considered them only to complete our current project because of their previous good work.

I got a very fast response to my initial email inquiring if small repairs were something the company would do. I spoke with Nikki, and she was great , she hooked me up right away with someone that could come and give me an estimate. He knew alot about roofing, and told us what went wrong with our roofing and what they would do to fix it. He even put a temporary fix on the roof to hold us over till the storm that was coming passed. They came out, and fixed it a few days later, and it looks great!

The roofers arrived right in the middle of the 1-hour window and called me as requested! They did not pressure me into any additional work on my roof. They gave me a quote based on what they saw from the ground ($325 for a pretty decent-sized patch) and were able to patch it right then and there! I paid exactly what they quoted, and they were done within 30 minutes. They were super polite and professional. I would definitely hire Marshall Roofing again!

Excellent overall work, always on schedule and promptly completed. Really cleaned up afterwards and did a good job of manage the debris waste when removing the old roof. Would use again for sure.

The company responded quickly and professionally to my phone call requesting an estimate. Their sales appeared punctually and toured the property, including climbing to both roofs. I already knew which shingles (by brand, quality and color) I wanted to use. They delivered a written, detailed proposal (estimate) two days later. Crews appeared promptly on the scheduled date, and completed the extensive work in a single day.
