Crew started work at 8:00 and was done and left at 6:00pm, EXCELLENT work by entire crew. I have done some roofing work and the professional and efficient work by all the crew was very impressive.... Gualalope ( I call him Mr “G”) and all the men were very skilled in their work right down to cleanup.

Very responsive for the repairs that happened when some tree limbs hit the roof; Great price on the replacement roof and professional installation and clean up.

The work went very smoothly. I got a call the week before with the expected schedule. Materials and work crew both arrived when expected and completed the work professionally and quickly. Work included replacement of several sheets of plywood that had been water damaged. All of this at a competitive price.

Job went great. I had 4 estimates. They were in the middle. They helped with selecting the style shingle that looks wonderful, walked me through the whole process. Customer Service was fantastic. Afterwards they cleaned up and can't tell they were there. Crews were very professional and polite. We definitely use them again.

I have been having some ongoing leaking on the roof into one of my rooms for about a year now. I happened to come home when I saw Matt Marshall across the street talking to my neighbor about some work. As he was driving away I flagged hi down and asked him if he had a minute to take a look at something. He said sure, so I showed him the inside and outside. He immediately noticed an issue on the roof with the flashing. Without hesitation he went to his truck, grabbed his gear and climbed up to the roof and nailed down the flashing and caulked it. When I asked him how much I owed him he said nothing. While the end result of the work still needs to be determined, you just don't find customer service like that around much.

Matt Marshall was very professional, explained what he was looking for and the condition of my roof. I don't need a new one now, good news! I will ask him back in two years, and if I need a new one then, I will hire them to replace it.

We lost some shingles in recent windstorms, plus roof was very old so we wanted a new roof plus new dormer siding to refresh the look of the house. Marshall roofing delivered! Very quality job. Doug at Marshall Roofing was very patient with us as we agonized over shingle type and siding. Ultimately our house has much better curb appeal imho after this job. The crew was very respectful and quick! They cleaned up very well when finished. Doug came by after job to inspect and run magnet thru our yard to double-check all nails and material were clean.

It took awhile to get an estimate and to schedule the work because of the number of people needing work from the wind storm. But they came as scheduled and the price for the repair was very reasonable.

Marshalls team did a great job replacing my 25 yr old roof, attic fans and skylights. They were very professional and made sure I was satisfied with the work before they sent the invoice.

A roof leak damaged a bedroom ceiling and ceiling fan. Marshall repaired the roof in August 2017 and provided a 1-year warranty. In May 2018 the same area of the roof leaked during a rain storm and again caused damage to the ceiling and ceiling fan. Marshall repaired the roof again because the work was under warranty. I contacted Marshall regarding the damage to the ceiling and the ceiling fan that resulted from the incomplete repair. The office manager did not acknowledge receipt of my email messages. I finally was able to reach her on her cell phone and she claimed she had not seen the email messages. She referred me to "Amanda" to discuss the matter. Amanda said Marshall is not responsible. I guess we'll have to resolve this matter in Small Claims Court.

I contacted this company almost two months ago following one of our major storms to get someone out to estimate the cost to repair the metal trim that was ripped off by high winds. When I called they said it would be six weeks before they could get someone out to look at it. So, we picked today as the date because it was the only morning I could be home from work in the midst of a very heavy travel schedule. My appointment was scheduled between 8 and 9 a.m. I also told them that since they were coming out, I wanted a full roof inspection (e.g. remaining life, misc. repairs that I may not be able to see from the ground, etc.). About two weeks ago, I got a call from someone at the company saying that the office didn't realize that he was going to be on vacation today and I would need to reschedule. I was not happy because I had already planned almost two months out. So he said they would find someone to cover for him. This morning at 8 I called to confirm my appointment (note that they never called the day before to confirm--which literally every contractor does these days). The gal I spoke with said my appointment was for this afternoon. Not correct but there was nothing she could do. I explained that I had to get to work and wouldn't be home this afternoon. And she said, "Oh, you don't need to be home. Most of our customers aren't. The technician will call you if he has questions while he's there." WHAT???????????????????? So, rather than having to schedule around work and travel to BE AT HOME for this appointment, it seems I never had to be there in the first place? Flash forward 3 hours and I get a phone call from the tech who is at my house but has no idea what I want. I explain that I need an estimate to replace the flashing, and a total roof inspection and estimate based on remaining life. Very, very nice guy, however, he is "not a trained full roof estimator." It seems he can only estimate trim and carpentry work. So, I would need to schedule ANOTHER appointment to get the right person out. I chose this company because of the high ratings on Angie's List and the fact that they are locate a couple of miles from my house and I'm a big believer in supporting local business. But the lack of organization and professionalism is unacceptable. There is no way I would hire them for any thing.

gutter failed off within a year. I was charged twice due to their poor record keeping. careless contractors who scraped up my existing siding. very unprofessional service overall.

While other companies tried to pressure my neighbors into replacing their roofs, Marshall Roofing explained where the damage was and told me how much life I had left on the roof. They were punctual, responsive, and professional.

The roofing labor was still under warranty (5 years) when a wind storm blew off about a 1/4-1/13 of one side of the roof shingles; rain was expected in 24 hours and despite what was certainly a demand for their services, this company was able to get a worker out to the house to replace the shingles within 24 hours; would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Service was great, Technician was timely and was able to quickly assess the leak in my roof. Ended up being bad flashing for a vent that was letting water down to my bathroom ceiling. During the initial free estimate phase, after identifying the issue and providing a quote, he was actually able to fix the issue on the spot as it ended up being a fairly minor issue. It has rained numerous times since and I can confirm no leaking at all. I'd definitely recommend and would use again!
