The owner Richard was so professional and kind. He remained on site 90% of the time and definitely was there for all decision points. I been building fences for over twenty years but didn't want this challenge. He and crew came in and tackled it in one day which was a blessing. He estimated two days to be safe, however, his crew was hard working and dedicated and finished in one day- a very awesome surprise for us. He used top graded materials as discussed and his finished work was above and beyond what we expected! He showed me the holes dug at 24" as discussed. Everything was just awesome and it look great! We will use him for our deck reface project and for another project I have in mind for them lol! I'm very picky but recommend Lotsa of Fence Options 100% and then some. You will not be disappointed- you get my word on that!!!!!

It took two or three months to get it done. It went fine. In hindsight i'm not thrilled with the gate, I realized after they were done that the gate is hung a little high. But they were very good. They showed up on time, they cleaned up their work space, and they did a good job.

They did high quality work with good materials. They were quick and they were reasonably priced.

Richard who is the owner contacted me right away and was able to come over quickly for a estimate. I had 2 other estimates and Richards was very fair. He was a hundred above the lowest estimate but his professionalism and knowledge made it a slam dunk to use him.I was not disappointed the fence looks great and was put up within a week of the estimate. Another plus is this company shows up on time and communication through the entire process was great.

Richard Obrien, owner, contacted me right away when I inquired about his services and in turn came out right away to acess the area that needed to be done to my fence. He gave me (as his company's name suggest) a couple of options and we discussed these in full details about what to expect and the cost. In less time than expected, he had the city out to check the power lines and as soon as that was done he and his partners came out to do the fence. They made sure that I was getting what I wanted with the spread of the picket slats and the length of each. The workers did not leave until they met all my requests and approval on that day . Plus I was not billed for the second half of my cost at that time. The owner wanted to make sure I was thouroughly satisfied with the work that was done. I highly recommend their services. Nice to find those who are both professional and friendly.

The workmanship was excellent and the result exactly what I was looking for. Richard was prompt in all aspects and effectively managed his crew. The crew was efficient and able to solve problems as they arose. The process took on some elements of designing on the fly, but good communication and high skill levels of all the crew members and Richard enable them to produce exactly what I had in mind.

It went great. The owner was very personable and worked with us to get the specification to meet our needs. The work crew was very professional and the work went fast. The materials used were of high quality and the fence looks gorgeous from both the outside and inside. We had a couple of changes to the statement of work due to a landscaper damaging some existing fence and a concrete patio that would have been cost prohibitive to install a post. The owner was flexible and added the new scope at a fair price. About 3 weeks after the fence had been installed, we had a major windstorm that blew down a tree on the new fence. We contacted the owner and he had his crew come out to remove the tree and repair the fence, all at a fair price. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Overall it simply went great. I actually had two quotes and Lotsa Fence came in about $75 more, but I decided to go with Richard?s company because I trusted him. He took the time to explain the entire process to me, such as the work that would be done, the timeline, and the types of materials they?d install. He also explained that the wood they use is a much better quality than what his competitors use. For example, the grain is far more rich and visible and thus stronger over time. There?s also less knots. We are very pleased with the outcome of the project and have received positive comments from many neighbors on the fence?s appearance. After a couple days of having it installed, I began to question why it looked slanted and Richard immediately followed-up with me to explain that he used the parallel method as opposed to the step method so our fence would run parallel to the slope of our yard. In this way, the area is more secure, the fence is stronger, and the wood will last longer with time. I would recommend Lotsa Fence Options to anyone. Great job!

First, Mr. O'Brien saved me money by replacing only the parts of the fence that needed replacement. His crew was at my house by 11 a.m. on Saturday morning and worked until 2 p.m. At that time, Mr. O'Brien examined the work and then had his crew lower the driveway gate so that the dog could not escape.

Richard was prompt and courteous. He spoke highly about the materials his company uses. He also said him competitors used inferior material. His price was too high.

He was prompt and did just what he said he was going to do. He made sure it'll be a fence that will last by putting concrete at the base of the 4x4 posts. Everyone who's seen the fence has complimented it.

The workers were here in 10 degree weather! The owner was constantly checking on the progress of the job and our satisfaction up to that point. To our amazement, despite the freezing temps and weather, all work was completed in two days. It looks great and we are very happy. Owner requested walk-around to make sure we were happy. (Even the man that had delivered the pressure treated wood for the job said that the owner is one of his more particular customers in the selection of wood.). Responsive, professional, friendly. Glad we chose this company and would recommend.

Found Richards company on Angies. Called on Monday morning to request an estimate. He came to the house that same afternoon. No gimmicks, no high sales pitch to replace whole fence, just walked the fence line and counted out the rotten rails, and determined which posts would need to be replaced. 7 posts in all and 10 rails. I have had a few other companies out to estimate this job, and they did not want to do such a small fix it. They all wanted the entire fence replaced. Richard arranged for Miss Utility check. They came out 2 days later, and Richard and crew were in my driveway bright and early on the next day (Thursday). The original plan was to set the pressure treated posts without concrete, but after digging out the rotten posts and seeing the wet ground they sit in, he decided they needed to be better set. So he set them in concrete, but he also dug up the posts that were not being replaced and re-set them with concrete as well. This fence has never been so sturdy! I truly appreciate this company's no nonsense and quick manner in which this maintenance project was handled. Thank you!

I had an old privacy fence that was falling apart. I also have a picket fence from a lousy company that was done very poorly. I knew I wouldn't use that particular company again. Mr. O'Brian responded to my phone call right away, came out to look at my property himself, talked over the options with me, and then gave me an estimate. He then returned with his workers in about a week. Even though the fence is mine, my neighbor wasn't happy with having the less-attractive side facing his property. Mr. O'Brian left some additional lumber with my neighbor, so that he could make cosmetic changes to his side if he wished. He didn't need to do that at all, but it was a very nice gesture and also helped to keep peace between neighbors.We had agreed ahead of time that he would replace the latch on my gate (for which he didn't charge me), but while he and his workers were there, they discovered that part of my picket fence (installed by really crappy fencing company that I won't use again) was also coming apart. So they fixed that with no charge. They also hauled away the scrap from my old fence. My new fence looks great. When I finally get a new dog, it won't be breaking out. If I decide to do more work on my porch, I'll be calling these folks again.

I called to get a wrought iron fence replaced and install a gate between the house and a shed. Mr O'Brien returned my call and came by to give an estimate the same day. He looked at the fence and let me know all that I needed was a welder to weld one rail back to a post which saved me over $2700.00. The gate needed to keep a small dog in the back yard...Mr O'Brien even measured the dog making sure he wouldn't be able to get through the gate! The installation of the gate was flawless and done in a timely manner. The guys went above and beyond and cut down two fence posts for me and attached caps. I am extremely pleased with my experience.

I called and set up a time for an estimate. They did not show up. When I called they said they had not written it down. Said they would come over. 90 minutes later I called again and was informed they were driving back from Winchester - might have mentioned that in the original call. We took the afternoon off from work to meet with this company. No way would I hire someone this disorganized and unreliable.

Richard was very responsive and punctual throughout the whole process. He came when he said he would, his price was reasonable (especially with the Angie's List coupon), and he was able to get the fence installed in about a week after we decided to use him. The only negative downfall is that his crew left some larger chunks of debris/dry cement after the install that we had to pick up. However, I would still definitely recommend him. It was just installed, but it seems like he'll stand behind his work if anything should go wrong down the road.

Mr. O'Brien and his team showed up early and got started immediately. They were extremely professional and seemed happy to answer any remaining questions or concerns I had. When they were finished with the install, they cleaned up and did not leave any trash behind. My new fence is exactly what I wanted and I am very happy with it. When it comes time to fence in the rest of my 1 acre property, I will be calling Lotsa Fence Options again.

After about an hour and a half into the job a light rain started. The crew was able to continue for about another half hour until a heavier downfall forced a delay. For the next two hours or so the rain continued sporadically but the crew worked through it and was able to complete the job. The owner stopped by the next morning to replace the picket tops, as per the contract, and to ensure that everything was in order.

Quick & painless. They did a great job. These was one change and it was adjusted and I am very happy with the outcome. The crew was great and left the property clean.

Richard, the owner came within a day of my inquiry to provide me an estimate. He accommodated my schedule and got me in within the week to perform the work. Richard was great from start to finish. He gave us a price that was better then big companies like Long Fence and he actually did much better work. You Basically are paying for a name with these bigger companies. We've had work done on the fence from Long fence and they were terrible with craftsmanship and punctuality. On top of that their price was twice as high as Lotsa Fence Options when we received a quote for the same job. Richard was very detailed with the work, stayed on the job during the install, and cleaned up great at the end. To top it off, he was done within 3 days with a project that would have taken most companies a week or better. I will definitely recommend LFO for future projects we have in mind and to anyone else that is looking for a reputable company.

Overall the both projects went smoothly and we are very satisfied!
