They picked up the rugs and dropped them off. We were really glad they could do that for us because we didn’t know how we would transport them ourselves. They held on them for us for a little while since we were in the process of moving. They were punctual and flexible with their scheduling especially when they were dropping them off for us. They made sure that the time worked for us even though it was before their normal business hours.

Overall the company was professional, prompt, picked up rugs and delivered on time, and seemed very proud of their good work!

Did a great job and was very nice too.  The stained rug looked great and had no smell when he was done with it. Similarly, he was able to get the cream sofa very clean as well.  I couldn't have been more pleased, we were going to throw the area rug out, but he saved it!

I was very impressed by the owner's enthusiasm for the rugs. They did a lovely job. The rugs came back to me rolled because the owner said that folding the rugs would be detrimental. The only problem I had was getting the rugs back in a timely fashion. However, they were terrific, and I would use them again.

It went great. I called; they picked up my carpet within three days; cleaned it better than I thought it could be cleaning. Rolled it and returned it as we had agreed.  I will definitely recommend to anyone who need carpet / rug cleaning.

I bought the Angies list deal and paid for 2 additional carpets to be cleaned.  They were quick to respond, quick to pick up, and quick to return my rugs.  More importantly they seemingly washed away all the wear and tear my 2 dogs rubbed into the carpet over 4 years.  I was really pleased with the investment and the results with using Kingstowne.

This company offered an Angie's list special for cleaning 2 BR condos. Our condo was 2 BR, but large and multi-level. They did a great job and with the special, it was an excellent value.

The owner picked up the carpets and delivered them as promised.  The carpets were wonderfully cleaned and the colors came out brighter.  Great job, good communications, and careful handling.  Good price for the service.  Will definitely use them again.  Thanks!

I bought a $99 Big Deal from Angie's list for cleaning 2 carpets.  Both of them needed a lot of work and the kind of attention only someone committed to doing a good job would provide.  If Angie's List had a grade higher than A then Kingstowne would have earned it.

In brief, Kingstowne did an excellent job - really above and beyond what I expected.  Both carpets have a new life now.  Steve Miller was professional and good to work with, despite the rush of orders from the Big Deal, Christmas approaching, finding mutual availability for pick-up and delivery.  In addition, he was on-time for both pick-up and delivery,  with a considerate "I'll be there in 10 minutes" call ahead of time.

My only regret is that I don't have more rugs for Kingstowne to clean!

I was very pleased with the company and the service they provided.  They arrived to pick up the rugs when they said they would and they dropped them off when they said they would.  Everything went as planned and I am 100% satisfied.

The owner of Kingstowne carpets, Steve Miller,  contacted me by e-mail immediately after I signed up for the Angie's List Big Deal.   We arranged via an e-mail exchange for a convenient pickup time.  I did have to call when the carpets were not picked up as early in the morning as I had expected.  Steve Miller, himself, came to pick up the carpets shortly after I called.  He willingly accepted an extra carpet that I had not originally asked to have cleaned.
He said the carpets would be ready in 7-10 days.  Although I was not in a hurry to have the carpets returned,  I talked to  Steve after about 10 days to find out if the carpets were ready; he called me back a couple of days later to say the carpets were ready.  We arranged a mutually convenient delivery time, and Steve delivered the carpets personally at the agreed upon time. 
The quality of the cleaning was excellent.  My carpets are somewhat difficult because I own dogs that leave a lot of hair and stains on the carpets.  Except for some discoloration that I knew would not come out, the carpets are significantly improved after the cleaning.
Steve was very pleasant to work with, and the experience was, overall, a very good one.

Steve Miller was contacted on a Saturday and he was able to come and pick up the rugs that Monday.  He was extremely considerate of us (over 6o's with some handicaps) and even moved furniture and rolled up the rugs for us.  I told Steve I needed them for a party less than two weeks away.  He delivered the rugs on Wednesday of the following week. The rugs were spotless-I had even forgotten their beautiful colors.  I can without any reservations highly recommend Steve Miller and the Kingstowne Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning for their service and product.  My carpets are as clean as when they were new and a pleasure to walk on.  Please Angie's List members use Kingstowne whenever you need your rugs cleaned.

Overall, Steve from Kingstowne Carpet gets better than an A++.  I had two carpet that desperately needed to be cleaned.  IF they could be cleaned then maybe I could use them again. I knew that one was a good candidate but the other was so bad that I wanted advice.  Steve called to come pick up my carpets as soon as my order was in.  He took the carpets and returned one 5 days later and it looks great! The second, he advised, was clean and looked very nice but that soon it would smell as it had mildewed somewhere along he line.  At pick up, he had told us that he suspected mildew from an odor it had. (We elected that Steve should get rid of the rug for us.) The first carpet was wrapped and returned just as we had agreed.  I will definitely use Kingstowne Carpet and Upholstery for cleaning my furniture.  Definitely, call Steve!
