First of all, I would like to thank (member name removed) for her feedback, because it helps us to improve and refine our business practices. It appears that our contact with Ms. (member name removed) extended only to phone conversation (there was no actual service provided for her) so there is no documentation of the exchange. It is possible that the 8x10 rug special was being advertised for $199 and (possibly) she had a larger rug which did not qualify for the $199 price or there may have been some miscommunication on our part. In any case, it is important to note that we are very scrupulous and straight-forward about our pricing. We quote exact prices over the phone and NEVER play "bait and switch" games with our customers. If there was something in the Angie's List advertisement that was confusing or misleading, we would love to offer this customer rug, upholstery or carpet cleaning service that would be of value to her. We pride ourselves on excellent service and excellent communication. We want all our customers - and potential customers - to know that our honesty and integrity are central to our customer service philosophy.
