The crew did an OUTSTANDING job, and that was in spite of the issue with the paint being the wrong shade. The crew moved and covered my furniture, covered my flooring, repaired and sanded the walls, filled the small cracks in the door frames (normal settling in the home), and applied the paint thickly enough to produce a beautiful finish (because of the difference in colors). They cleaned up and returned the furniture to its proper place afterwards. I absolutely could not be more pleased. The mistake with the color of paint ended up being the best mistake ever! I love the richness of the color and it compliments the flooring so much better than the original color did. Thank you INNOVATIVE, INC.

Innovative did a fantastic job! Good, thorough prep work is the key to a good paint job and they took two full days to prep all the walls and trim. Then they primed the whole area and painted. They used premium paint, which was included in the price. The house looks perfect now! They also cleaned up after themselves. The picked up all the paint chips and left no mess behind. This company is just terrific. I will have them paint the other sides of my house next year!

They were very responsive and prompt at each step in the process. They began with a site visit in which they properly set my expectations and discussed additional options, prices, and timelines. Soon thereafter they began work. Throughout the work, they answered all of my questions and calmed me down as I freaked out and considered changing colors mid-way through the project. Overall they were very patient and professional. The quality of their work is exceptional and they were very detailed oriented.

It went great! Mabel set up all the appointments & was very responsive. She agreed to work around my work-at-home schedule and sent the crew over Fri-Sat-Sun. Melvin & the crew came exactly on time & worked diligently. They were great to have around. They did a very professional job in a short amount of time on my large semi-detached row house. At the end of the job, a huge storm came in, so I did not have a chance to walk around the house with them to make sure everything was done. Afterwards, I noticed one section of gutter they had forgotten. When I wrote to Mabel, she was courteous & responsive & immediately set up a time for the guys to come back out to complete the work, which happened today. I am very happy with this company & will absolutely use them again for my next painting needs.

Easy scheduling with Mabel at the company office. Two courteous painters arrived on time, worked 7.5 hrs. continued working the next day, 8.5 hours. One ceiling area which needed rework was pointed out to Mabel; within hours two painters arrived and fixed it immediately at no charge.

We were apprehensive as they were our low bid and 1/2 our highest bid. They were very courteous, on time, were very eager to please and did amazing work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. We were very specific on brnd of paint and colors and they complied.

We engaged the services of Innovative Inc. through an on-line offer for an Exterior House Painting Package. We had additional exterior painting jobs that were not included in Innovative Inc.'s package. The total for the package plus the additional jobs was quite reasonable, $3714.00. Melvin who supervised the crew was superb. The workers were all very polite, professional, and neat. Their workmanship was first-rate. Mable was very good in coordinating the work and following up to make sure we were satisfied. It was definitely a job well done. We highly recommend Innovative Inc and we would certainly use them again. [member name removed]

It was okay. They did good work, but it was very slow. They got just a portion of what I wanted done. I didn't think it was a great deal for the pace of their work.

It went well. They were thorough and paid attention to detail. They also patched up imperfections in addition to painting, which I did not expect.

Overall, it didn't go too well. I had 2 rooms and a hall to get done in the 8 hours. I realized they might not get to the hallway. I bought primer for them, but they said they didn't need it. I had to roll out the third coat because they didn't use the primer. They got paint all over the carpets. They were running out of paint, but didn't tell me. I happen to notice they were low, so ran out to get some more. The primer that I did buy, they got paint on the outside, so I couldn't even return it.

It turned out fine. They were very pleasant to deal with. There were a lot of problems with the weather and rain, but as soon as the weather cleared up they were here.

The person who booked the crew was helpful and easy to contact by phone and email. The crew was on time, very professional, and very pleasant to deal with. They were intent on working to high standards and because that would mean the job would take longer than the time we initially had expected, they negotiated a very fair additional charge. They were good at keeping things tidy as they worked. Overall a very positive experience!

It went very well. They arrived on 5/15 as promised to power wash the deck and house. They came back on 5/17 to do the painting. They sent a team of 5 painters, and these men did an excellent job painting the house, and replacing pieces of rotted wood. They painted one, two, and three stories up. They also power washed the deck, and stained. it. They cleaned up very well, and were extremely neat.

They did a great job on short notice. I was also scheduling a carpet installation and they worked with me on scheduling and made sure I was satisfied with the job. Part of what I paid was a special price associated with an on-line offer but I wanted more than was included and paid extra for it. The pricing seemed reasonable, though. I think the thing I liked best was their ongoing communication with me about scheduling and the status of the job, their willingness to add to the job (beyond the special offered) and their ability to bring in enough people to do it quickly. I highly recommend Innovative for interior painting and drywall work.

I contacted Innovative via Angie's List and Mabel came out right away to give us an estimate. We were happy with the comments that they made while they were here, their price, and their Angie's List rating. So, we engaged them. The team did both interior and exterior painting for us. For the interior work, there was quite a bit of patching that was needed, and they took care of everything very well. They taped and covered everything very carefully, did all the prep, primed and painted several interior areas of the house. They were very neat, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. For the exterior, they first power washed the entire outside of the house, and let it dry completely. Then they primed and painted everything. We live in an old four-story townhouse, so some spots were challenging. But this team was very professional, and the place looks amazing. The team showed up when they said that they would, finished the job when they said that they would, and were always neat, courteous and professional. We will be doing another interior project within the next year and plan to engage Innovative Inc. again. As a side note, this is our fourth house over the past 20 years, so we have had a lot of experience hiring painters - interior and exterior (some good, some not-so-good). Innovative Inc. is hands down the very best that we have worked with, and I highly recommend them.

Everything went extremely well. The estimator came to our house the same day I called, and she sent me an estimate the next day. I selected the painting day for the following week. The day before the project, the estimator returned to our home to take one more look at the house and discuss paint colors. The painters arrived the next day promptly at 8:00 am (as promised). Since I could not stay while they worked, they promised to come back on Saturday to paint my front door, which they did. The house looks beautiful, and I am very pleased with the work. I will certainly recommend Innovative Painters, Inc. to my friends and neighbors.

Everything went perfectly! Once I placed my order, a representative called to schedule the painting. When a family situation required rescheduling, they were very accommodating. They made sure I understood the extent of the work and offered me an opportunity to arrange for any additional work. I told them I would just go with the wall painting and handle the baseboards myself. They confirmed the appointment the day before and the painters arrived early on the day of the job, allowing them to find appropriate parking and transfer their equipment to the location to start painting on time. They spent the first couple of hours on prep. They carefully surveyed the job and confirmed the areas to be painted that would constitute 3 rooms. They carefully removed drapes, which I did not expect. I thought they would just tape them off and paint around them. The repaired cracks and scraped chipped paint. They masked areas adjacent to the walls, such as the ceiling and baseboards. Once everything was prepped, they began painting, taking their time to minimize splatter. They did a very thorough and professional job. Once complete, they took me around for inspection to make sure I was satisfied with everything. When I agreed that the job was done to my complete satisfaction, they replaced the drapes, carefully folded their coverings and vacuumed any dust or loose particles. They left the room as clean or cleaner than when they arrived. I moved the furniture back in place and replaced the wall hangings. They did a superb job, particularly for the cost, and would recommend them highly.

The quality of the work was excellent. They almost had to plaster the whole cieling due to the many cracks on my 1920s cielings that hadnt been painted since I moved in 24 years ago. The cielings look brand new and the walls are also gorgeous. Maybe one more coat on the walls so the paint on the edging doesn't show darker than in the middle of the wall. The worker were professional. They cleaned up afterwards. Some specks of paint on my carpet that could have been covered better. I am going to use them again.

From start to finish it went well, Beginning from the estimate throughout the entire process went smoothly. For interior paint they move the furniture to the middle of the room, cover it all up so that it does not get damaged and they move it all back for you when it is finished. They work very neatly, not sloppy, they make sure everything is done properly. For exterior power wash they make sure to get all of the dirt and mold that builds up on a house throughout years. They don't paint anything on the outside until it is completely clean.

I used the company because of discount coupons offered through Angie's list, but in the end the cost was equal to what others quoted me at regular prices. I purchased all of the paint. They were able to perform the work within a couple days, which was great. I was not completely clear about what to expect until they arrived to begin the job because we did not cover many details when we scheduled the job and there was no written agreement other than the terms detailed on the coupons I purchased. Overall I was very pleased with the quality of the work, and appreciated the professional approach to their work. They arrived about a half hour late both days they came to do the painting, but aside from very short breaks, they stayed focused on work. The person who managed the business transaction even gave me product recommendations for carpet cleaning.

Painting still not scheduled by Angie's List Vendor for which I paid $499.00

The team was extremely professional and punctual. They worked for two long days until work was complete in 65 year old home with plaster walls. Baseboards and trim were not in the best shape so team spent time trying to perfect look. Overall, I was very pleased with their work and highly recommend their services.
