Very nice man who does great work.

Hew was here himself. He took his time and was very meticulous in doing the carpet repair making sure that it not only looked good to me but also to his standards. He also stretched my basement carpet that took some time to do to get it just right. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable man. He did not charge me extra for watching him work and talking to him.

On time & on budget. Hews came and stretched our wrinkled carpet where everyone else wanted to replace it. Hews willingly worked into a very tight schedule and went above and beyond by repairing a section of carpet that his trained eye could see was going to be a problem later. Thank you Hews.

He did a good job.

Another company I had scheduled to repair and clean my carpet cancelled on me the morning he was supposed to be at my home. After being up moving furniture, cleaning, and shoving stuff in the adjoining rooms until 11:00 the nite before, hearing that this company could come in a couple more days wasn't a happening thing. I called Hew' and, although he sounded like he was very busy, came out that evening. He repaired a hole in the middle of our carpet which I can still not find, and cleaned my carpet until I was happy with it. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.

Showed up as promised. Went right to work. Has a great sense of humor and offered to return if not satisfied.

5 Ft of carpet repaired for $230! Not too happy about that but the job was done within an hour and they were able to come out the next day. Completely happy with the job that was done but a bit pricey.
