Hew's Carpet Care responded quickly for my request of drapery cleaning. Hugh preformed the requested work in less than a week after my call. I had 8 panels (4 windows) of pleated, lined drapes steam cleaned. Hugh did an fantastic job on the outside and the lining of all drapes. Hugh is an expert in his field and was a pleasure to work with. I would hire this company again.

Fantastic experience! Efficient, expert, got stains out that I did not expect to ever come out. Service provider was professional, lovely manner. Did a terrific job. Rug looks new!!

Hew arrived for the job promptly, as promised, and completed work in the time he said. A nice, happy fellow who seemed to know his business. I don't. We are happy with his work and will keep his name and phone handy for the next time.

Estimate via phone was 100 per l0ve seat. UPON INSPECTION., he increased the price to 650 d0llars. Then he started that he would not steam cleaning the units despite the cleaning instructions on each unit. He stated that I must sign a liability waiver for steam cleaning. Since I was expecting guests, I agreed to his process. That include wiping the surface with a rag applying a cleanser and deodorizer solution. The process did not result in cleaning the units. Now I will do work myself. This is typical of contractors on the East coast. RIP off the consumer! I will never trust your independent rating again.

Restretched our 6 year old carpet in rec room with power stretcher. Got all the ripples out and carpet looks like new. Hew is very pleasant person to deal with and we would highly recommend him. A little more than originally quoted but he did offer a military discount, so it worked out.

This gentleman stretched wall to wall carpeting that had buckled. He explained the procedure of stretching carpet and did so beautifully!! A thorough cleaning was also done. Exceptional service.
