Description of Work: Carpet cleaning was ok but not great . Bathroom still dirty. If not cleanable, they should have pointed out that they could not clean. They would not move any furniture, even light things. Most firms do that.

Description of Work: They came by and provided exactly what service I contracted them for and didn't charge me a penny more, which I appreciated. Some stains did come back, but I think that's fairly common given the shape of my carpet and age. I would highly recommend him and would hire him again.

Description of Work: They sent an e-mail to set a service date. The e-mail contained additional information about limitations and additional charges.For instance, because this is in a condo building there is an additional charge to get the equipment to the unit.They also now informed me that this deal is only for 350 sq feet of carpet.They will not move any furniture.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in bed room stairs and hallway. Hews did an excellent job as always. This is the third or fourth time I've use Hews and I've always been very pleased with the results!

Description of Work: Hugh did a great job with cleaning the carpets. He came and measured the area to be cleaned first, told me how much square footage it would be, and about the equipment haul-up cost (I live in a building with no elevator). He laid down a drop cloth to protect the entryway flooring and gave me shoe coverings for my shoes. He was quick yet thorough, and the spot treatment was also very good. My carpets look, and feel so much better now.

Description of Work: Hew answered the call himself. We scheduled a time. He gave me a call 20 mins before his arrival and was on time. He worked hard to clean a brown make spot my almost 2 year spilled on my light carpet. Very professional and personable. I took my daughter outside for us to be out of his way when he cleaned. Will use him again. He does what he says!!
