Description of Work: Mr. Hew did an excellent job with my carpets. There was some pre-existing water damage, which he addressed, as well as stairs, which are not part of the $99 deal, as stated in his disclaimer. He works hard, is very knowledgeable and will make sure you are happy. Would use again for sure!

Description of Work: I had Hew clean three bedrooms worth of carpet and put on an anti-flea/tick treatment. We has some issues with dog smell, so he came out and deodorized a second time for free. He did a great job and I would recommend him highly.

Description of Work: Someone from Hew's Carpet Care came yesterday to give us an estimate. We told him that this was o.k. Today, however, we received an email confirming the date and adding extra charges that were not mentioned yesterday. One example was adding extra fees for carrying their equipment upstairs, stain removal was not included as well as protection. Since a representative saw the areas to be cleaned he should have mentioned extra charges before we agreed to a contract.
