They did a great job - carpet was *really* dirty with some major stains and now looks almost new, stains are totally gone. Very professional, came on time, and worked until the job was done. I thought it was a little pricey (price above includes $99 Angie's list coupon but not tip) compared to other services I've used in the past, but they also did the best job of any of the other services I've used, so perhaps it was worth it. Would recommend and use again.

Mr. Hew is a very kind, punctual and responsive service provider. I only gave a "B" on quality simply because the two carpet issues for which I contacted him (pet urine smell and a red dye stain) were not totally resolved, but may have well been beyond the abilities of any good carpet professional. He takes his work seriously, wants his customers to be happy and is someone I will contact again.

Everything turned out fine and my daughter was happy with the results. Scheduling went well and they were efficient during the appointment. They showed up on time. They did the job as planned and she did not encounter any problems.

I had a great experience with HEW. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They did an exceptional job cleaning my carpet. They were friendly and efficient. I did pay extra for the stairs and the carpet drying machines but it was well worth it. They also came back to pick up the carpet dryers when they said they would and they were friendly when they did this too. I will definitely be using them again.

They weren't terrific and I would not use them again. I think they overcharged me and they didn't clean it entirely, it was not terrible but it was not wonderful.

We were unable to use the service due to the service provider saying he was going to call us back for scheduling then didn't return our call. It was very frustrating and a waste of our time.

My experience was great. The technician seemed very knowledgeable about his product and what can be done on different fabrics. He was very responsive and he seemed accommodating to my schedule and was bale to come the next day. He was able to get the work done in 2-3 hours.

Hew's cleaned our HVAC ducts and carpet at the same time. The owner provided us an estimate before he came that detailed all of the work to be done along with the cost, including several discounts. The company arrived exactly at the time promised and did a great job - would use them again anytime.

We bought an Angies List deal for up to 325 sq feet for $99. Hew's was excellent in every category, especially for the price. We would definitely consider using Hew's again.

I called the company to schedule a cleaning date and checked with him the detail coverage about this voucher which is worth 400 sq.ft. on Nov.19, 2013. The guy who answered the phone said he can only do 300 sq. ft. now. I told him that the voucher clearly stated 400 sq. ft. when I placed the order and there is no expiration date, how can you change the condition now? He said I don't want to do your job, get your money back. I couldn't believe his business manner. So glade no such person to come to my house. He is the worst business man I ever met in US during more than 20 years living here.

Called on a Friday and set up appointment for the following week. I used an Angies coupon which gave me 200 of carpet cleaning for 100. Still had to pay an additional 200 due to the size of the basement. I thought the price was fair. I had been operating an office in the home with employees for two years so the carpets were extremely dirty. The owner came out and and spent a lot of time on the carpet. When he was done he left some fans to dry the carpet which I thought was above and beyond. Carpets came out looking clean to me. I have never used a professional carpet cleaner before, but this sure beat doing it myself.

Overall good quality cleaning and repair of all 8 rugs except the most precious. In this large rug the rug was returned with a swath if a deep wrinkle that still has not flattened. Also, this rug has many pulled threads that I am still carefully trimming throughout the entire surface. I consider this damage to a rug in pristine condition when picked up for cleaning.

This was the rudest person I have had in my house.

Very professional and excellent job!

We were planning to replace the light colored carpet, but decided to do one cleaning first. Hew's treated the spots then steam cleaned the rooms. After only about an hour of work, the carpet looked 100 percent better. Mr. Hew was professional, prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him.

Contractor arrived and measured total area to be cleaned. He advised the cost would be an additional $40 plus the $99 certificate that I purchased on AL. He set up his machines and cleaned the carpet. He left two fans to blow dry the carpet and returned to pick them up the next day. The capet in each room was nice and clean after 6 years of normal vacuuming. The job went smoothly and Mr. Hews seemed to know what had to be done.

Overall, Hugh is a professional, who works hard and, yes, I would recommend him

He arrived as promised, was easy to work with, neat and personalble! My rugs are wet, but if that means they are cleaner than in the past with other companies then I will take it!

They were fantastic! Great price, the deal covered the whole apartment. They came exactly when they said and they were efficient. Carpets looked good as new when they were done!

Great job. Hew was punctual, pleasant, and did a great job! Carpet was in very rough shape and I thought they might need to be thrown out. He got them back to a level I can deal with, which I didn't think was possible. Would use again and recommend.

Mr. Lobban did an excellent job of cleaning our wall-to-wall berber carpeting in several rooms on the first floor. This carpeting was very dirty from years of wear in high-traffic areas, and I was afraid I might have to replace it. Mr. Lobban made the carpet look like new.
