Provider arrived promptly and explained what he was going to do. Spent about 2 1/2 hours thoroughly cleaning rug and chairs.

All of the services we've had done through Angie's List have given us wonderful results. We used them in the beginning of June and we didn't spend anything other than the cost of the deal. I like that he was proficient, he was very timely, his price was good and he was polite and accommodating to my family. I would recommend him for service to others.

I was completely satisfied. I purchased a "deal" through Angie's List and the facts of the deal were made quite clear. Hugh, the technician, called before arriving, and arrived at the scheduled time. He was courteous and conscientious. Hugh measured all the areas I wanted clean first, then went over, in detail, what the minimal added cost would be as the area exceeded the coverage of the deal (which I knew it would). He worked fast and was thorough. I chose to pay for the fan dryers to expedite the drying process and would recommend that (only $10/ fan). When he was done cleaning, Hugh showed me what he had done, asked if I had any questions or concerns, went over the final bill, quickly cleaned up and departed. Hugh was really good. I'd certainly recommend Hew's (and Hugh specifically).

They came at the appointed time slot and cleaned exactly as we expected. The carpet looked 100% better. We were very pleased with their work. Sadly, Angie's List, which is a great service but which recently seems to have messed up several of my refunds, confused these folks with an electrician's offer that I cancelled and for which I requested a refund. These guys then had to deal with the hassle of wondering why I had requested a refund for services provided. I think Angie's list finally cleared this up. Anyhow, apart from that, we had a solid experience with these folks. They know what they are doing and did it well.

When he got here and found out the location was on the third floor, he said he wasn’t going to do it, was berating and left.

Excellent. He arrived on time, was very professional, and did a great job. He removed all of the stains, and now my carpets are clean and soft. The dryer vent was very clogged and is now completely cleaned out.

The gentleman was very sweet. He arrived right on time and did a good job. He left some dryers to help dry my carpets faster, however in that process, there was a lot of extra dust created and blown about my house. This was a good service for the price.

We couldn't be happier. We have pets and grandkids. The carpet had never been professionally cleaned since installation 10 years ago. We really didn't expect the great results we got and am happy the carpet didn't need replacing. The technican worked hard and It was clear to us that he cared very much about the quality of his work and that we were satisfied. We are more than satisfied. Feel as though we made a friend. I purchased the voucher for $99.00, which was stated as $200.00 worth of carpet care. Very shortly thereafter, I was contacted via email, through Angie's List, to schedule the appointment. Hew maintained contact leading up to the service provided. He gave a four hour window of time for arrival when the appointment was made, but called approximately 30 minutes before arrival. How refreshing is it that you don't have to sit around all day waiting. Upon arrival, Hew introduced himself then measured the area of carpeting to be cleaned. He provided me with the total cost for completion. Upon my approval, he set up his equipment, cleaned all the carpeting, then gathered his equipment when completed. The work was fantastic, and complete professionalism was observed throughout. No clean up was needed on my part when the job was finished. Completion price was no different than what was initially provided. My carpeting looks nearly new again. A job well done. I would recommend Hew's Carpet Care to everyone.

He showed up on time and surveyed the location. I was totally unprepared and hadn't moved any furniture. That didnt seem to phase him in the least. Very cordial and professional. Great personality. He finished the work (about 300 sq/ft) swiftly but took his time to do it correctly. I had tons of stains and dirt on the carpet and now it looks brand new. He didn't charge anything extra for any stains (even the tougher ones). It was exactly the cost of the Angie's List deal that I paid which was $100. I would highly recommend this company and use them again if needed.

Hew was very professional and did a very good job cleaning my carpet. He covered my hardwood floor along the hallway leading to the basement and I appreciated that very much.

3bedrooms, 14 stairs and landing. were cleaned. Paid $99 for $200 of carpet cleaning services. Paid an additional $76. Not what I was expecting. Good thing that I did not have carpet on the first floor. The coupon should read estimate. This following information was provided after the purchase of the coupon. It should be provided during the advertisement of the coupon. If it was I missed it: Your voucher is worth 350 sq. ft. of residential wall to wall and steps are $3 each, please confirm this is the correct address, please have the carpets vacuumed, light furniture moving only, if this an apartment we charge $20 to put the equipment up one flight of steps or using elevator, two flight of steps $30 and so one, the equipment is heavy, Air mover fans can be rent for $10 allowing your carpet to dry quickly.

Great attitude toward work and nice personality. Work was self-performed and took almost six hours to complete. The products used were organic and low VOC. No odors remained in the rooms. House is really clean. As spaces dry out, some brown spots come up but we feel confident that getting Hugh to come back will not be a problem.

I was fooled by the idea that I would get $100 of oriental carpet cleaning for $50, but Hew's jacked up the price after it was at their plant to double what I have paid in the past to have the carpet cleaned by other companies (e.g. Ayoub). Final cost to clean this 8 x 10 foot rug ($600) was outrageous. Never again.
