Hew's carpet arranged a time with me, was up front about the costs of the service and came when he was designated to do so. All of which were greatly appreciated due to the dead line I was under. He did a great job on the carpets and made sure every one was safe by explaining ahead of time about walking on the wet carpets. He even left extra shoe covers for us as he knew people would want to see the house before the carpet dried.

They were outstanding. He came on time and cleaned the exact square footage that he said he was going to clean. He measured the square foot and he let me know that I was over, I think, 10 square feet and told me how much it cost and if I wanted to include that extra square foot. He got my approval before he went on and cleaned everything, which I really appreciated, and it was a really great job. He didn't charge me too much but the extra payment, I think, was really fair and he was very professional.

In a word-WONDERFUL. Yes, Hugh cleaned the carpets very nicely. Yes, he arrived on time. Yes, he was respectful of my property and cleaned up afterwards. Yes, the pricing was fair and upfront. The best part, though, was the level of communication that I had with Hews. They responded promptly to my Angie's List communication. And they were very accommodating when I had to reschedule. They called the night before to confirm and called me when they were on their way.

Service people (2) arrived on time, and were very pleasant. It took them all of about 30 minutes to clean the two rooms and hallway. They did a good job and the method they used has not (yet) buckled our carpet (as totally steam methods do). We were surprised they did not vacuum the area before cleaning. They moved the heavy trunk and dining room tables and bench, but never put them back with the customary drying pads? So I came home to a clean carpet but with the heavier furniture left where they placed it for cleaning.

They got the job done in a couple of hours. The scheduling was good. The technician was very polite and explained how he was going to do things, and I had no problems with them.

After coming back from vacation, we noticed a wet spot in the basement. I called Hew's first thing the next morning, and Hugh was able to schedule me in that same day. He provided an assessment of the water damage and a cost estimate for drying and dehumidifying the wet area in the basement. The price was very reasonable, and he did not charge us extra even though it took several days longer to dry the carpet than originally estimated. We were very satisfied with the work and price, especially because Hugh was able to help us dry the carpet without mold developing and without having the replace the carpet, which was brand new.

The quality of Hew's carpet cleaning is outstanding! His amazing, positive attitude was a welcome bonus to a job well done. I completely recommend Hew for this service.

The gentleman did what he was supposed to do. It was the second time I've used their services and I've always been satisfied.

I had health issues and we went over the expiration of the coupon and they were not willing to do the service at all. Getting in touch with them was difficult and they were very rude and I even explained what had happened. They said they were going to stick to the coupon and that they would not do the service. I called Angie's List to get a refund and I would not call this company again.

We used the Angie's List promotion offer ($99 for $200 of service) Provider provided quick and easy scheduling for when we requested the service. He arrived on-time and was professional, friendly, and did a good job. We would consider them for future carpet cleaning needs.

I can highly recommend this company. Hew was a pleasure to deal with. He was professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. He did the job quickly and efficiently. I have used other carpet cleaning services and would recommend this company first. One thing he did which no other company did was to give me protective covers to put on my shoes so that I could walk around my house while the carpet was drying. They worked perfectly. This was a hugh plus in my book. It meant I didn't have to walk around in bare feet or leave the house to let the carpet dry.

Provider will not move furniture and $99 for only 350 sq ft. Much cheaper to go through Stanley Steamer.

It went well. Nothing stands out drastically. The carpets were in much better shape after they were there. I will purchase another deal from them this year.

Provider showed up on time and cleaned the carpets on our main floor as well as some spots on our stairs and where our cat's boxes are located. Stains were removed effectively and our carpet has new life.

Hew called to let me know he was on the way. He arrived and went over the problems with me, came up with a plan of attack, and set to work. My carpeting was a mess, I have had foster dogs the past two years and several of them were puppies. You can imagine the shape my carpets were in! There were a few areas that had damage caused by inattentive teens that had to be patched. Hew set to work, and just about 2 hours later my carpets were cleaned and repaired. They look marvelous! Such a nice man, professional and knowledgeable; he even laughed at the antics of my dogs instead of insisting they were put out while he was here. He left carpet shoe covers for me to wear until the carpets were totally dry. I can't say enough good about this business and would recommend his work to everyone needing a great cleaning at a reasonable price! Thank you Hew!

Everybody was very professional and prompt.

Apparently he doesn't have the ability to heat the water to clean the carpet. He had to fill a bucket from my bathtub. He was very nice, but I don't feel he was very professional or did a very good job.
