It was okay. I didn't have a hard time scheduling it, the billing was clear he started the work. I'm not sure if its the carpet though, but it didn't look any different after it was cleaned, that's what I didn't like about it.

Extremely responsive and responsible - very pleasant to work with, great customer service. Tried to come out as soon as possible and accommodate my schedule. Left the fans to dry the carpet faster. When I noticed that a couple of places did not come out well, he came back and re-did them. My only concern is that I am not sure if I want to use steam cleaning again; if I did, I would use this provider.

Very thorough. A definite difference once he had left. Would have liked to have seen the service person earlier than he arrived, especially since my guests are due on the next day at Noon.

Would recommend this contractor to anyone. He was very polite and was able to get my carpets and furniture steam cleaned in record time. We have two dogs that have occasional accidents, he was able to steam clean the carpets and provide pet stain treatments.

I wanted to ask them how much the cost was going to be in total. They said it would be a total of $400 and I would need to pay an additional $200 for the rest of the balance. I felt that they should work with me on the adjustments; they just came back with a flat price, no negotiating. I am just requesting a refund.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was wonderful. He did a great job and it was a nice value for the money. He offered to leave fans at an additional fee for it to clear out faster. The fans weren't included in the deal and that was clear up front. I did pay additional for those.

The service was good. They cleaned the carpets in the upstairs and basement. We paid additional because the areas we needed cleaned were larger than what was covered in the deal.

The provider was very responsive, both to messages and telephone calls but they also arrived right on time. The cleaning was good and the tech was professional. Given this day and age when punctuality sufers, they were on time and did what they were supposed to do. That's all I could ask for.

It went very well, my Mother was home and oversaw the work. Hew was very nice to my Mother, he arrived on time, and was very sociable. I hired Hew last year and I will hire him again next year or anytime my carpets need cleaning.

The technician arrived within the window given me. The message I got said I would get a call approximately 30 minutes before hand. No call was received. When I questioned the technician, he said he did not have my phone number. The major stains on the carpet came out, the rest of the carpet looks okay. The carpet is about 15 years old, so it may be it is beyond help.

He did a fine job. They got the stains out. It is a good price for the value. It took under two hours. Just the owner came out to perform the service. I had requested for further services, but it was made clear that was not part of the deal.

There was too much confusion on what you actually got for $99 in terms of area cleaned. It sounds good in terms of $200 worth of cleaning for $99, but in reality that was a much smaller area than we were led to believe.

He was terrific. Very personable. We had a problem (my fault) and he fixed it without hesitation.

Hew was very nice and professional. He was on time and made sure he understood what needed to be done/what trouble areas I had. My carpet was starting to look a bit "beat down". When he was done my carpets looked new again - especially in the high traffic areas. I will definitely use him again.

Hugh was prompt, courteous, and professional. The carpet cleaning service helped pick up numerous minor smudges that had gathered on the carpet in various rooms. Thank you!

I can't even begin to tell you how much I hate giving anybody a bad review, I hate it, I loathe it. I thought about not filling out anything at all, but this is Angie's list and recommendations is what this is about. This carpet guy submitted a $99.00 deal for carpet cleaning, but what he didn't say was all the things that he wasn't willing to do. For example, working on the smell was not part of the deal which is what I was interested in. He says he did work on it after me begging, but the end results leave much to be desired. Not only did the smell stay, but it has become worse. It's like the hidden smells came out and it has been a nightmare. If he wasn't willing to give it his best, he shouln't have put the offer out there.

Hew's very capable employee arrived promptly and went to work. He covered my hardwood floor with drop cloths and removed his shoes before beginning service. He used a tool for measuring square footage(350 sf were included). Then he applied a cleaning solution to the carpet on which he then used a shampoo machine to pull out 20 years of hidden grime. He was quite professional, pleasant and polite and gave me paper shoe covers to wear if I had to walk on the carpet within the next few hours until it dried. Although I've vacuumed over 20 years, this was the first time I've had carpet professionally cleaned. It feels quite renewed!

The restrictions and extra charges on this deal would have made it cost 5x more. Looks like most of these deals are just ways to get you to pay providers to sell you much more.

Carpet was nicely cleaned. There was an issue with the backing. It was repaired. I was charged for the cost of materials to repair but not the labor. Receipts were provided for the materials for the repair. I was very satisfied with this.

Scheduling was easy, they did a good job, and the service fine.

He was very courteous and professional. He notified us when he was on his way. When he left he stated that if any spots were still showing, he would be more than happy to come back and take care of those. I would definitely use them again!

Hugh did an excellent jobs. He left the carpets in great shape. He even left several fans overnight to make sure the carpets dried very quickly and picked them up the next day.
