They don’t service my area and they didn’t answer their phone. If they had answered their phone I would have called them ahead of time before purchase to make sure everything would work out.

Hugh did a phenomenal job! He took such great time in getting the stains out and then recommended what i needed to do to not get stains in the future. Rather than charge me an arm and a leg for Scotch Guard, he told me to go to Home Depot and buy it. Hugh is so good at what he does.....my carpets look brand new! We have a puppy and there were so many stains and now I'm not embarrassed to have any company over as my house smells and looks like new! Hugh is a hard worker! He does all the work himself. He overdelivered on the Angie's List deal! I can't say enough good things about Hew's Carpet Care!!!! Thank you Angie's List for bringing this honest businessman into my new list of FAVORITE businesses!

All the work was very well done and the person was very professional.

We purchased this service through Angie's List coupon deals. When we called, it was farily easy to set up a date and time for the appointment. We scheduled for an appointment weeks out--but, was surprised to learn that immediate openings were available. The carpet cleaning service was great; the carpet looks very clean and all the pet stains and smells were removed. I am definetly impressed by the level of customer service and excellence provided by this provider.

Major communication breakdown-- I will not use them nor recommend them.

He is great and I would use him again. He is very responsive and I had no problems. He left me a fan and then he came back and got it. I had no issues with him. There was just one guy and I think it was Hew himself. It wasn’t much; I just had a little spot on the carpet that I was worried about and he took care of it. It looks so much better. He was very good and there were no questions. He was very efficient. He gave us an estimate on cleaning our basement carpet and he did everything we asked him. He was very professional. He did what I wanted and I was very happy. It was a Big deal price and the price was great.

He was good and quick. He did the work and showed up on time. He gave me some tips on how to clean the carpet. I chose them because of the price. He actually came in quickly.

Hew was great. He has cleaned for us before and this time it was for a major dog accident. He cleaned areas on several floors of the house, including the basement, where the mess was on the carpet. After he finished, the rest of the carpets looked great, except for the spot in the basement - which looked exactly the same. He called to check in the next day and when I told him that the stain was still there, he immediately asked when he could come back and fix it. He came back 2 days later and cleaned that area again and it was cleaned perfectly. That particular type of carpet (berber) is difficult to clean, but now you can't tell there had ever been a spot. He also allowed me to purchase the Angie's list special coupon, which saved me $100, after the fact. He just charged me for the overage and then I went and purchased the coupon online after he left. I'm sure we'll be using him again in the future.

It turned out just fine and they came out when they said they would. I was satisfied. They got the job done in about 90 minutes. The workers were polite.

We had a really good experience with them. He came and did all the carpeting in our house. We had some pet stains and some of the pet stains did not come out right away so he came back and re-treated it for free. We have a very positive experience with them. The person that came was the owner. We paid an additional coverage but I don?t exactly remember. It was a good price. The quality is good because he came back and re-treated it. He came very quickly which was what we needed and he responded very quickly too. They showed up exactly when they said they would.

They were able to remove a lot of stains and made very poor quality carpet look very good. There were no issues with scheduling or with their customer service.

He was extremely personable & professional. He arrived one time and brought all the equipment he would need. The job turned out to be more involved than he thought it would be due to shape of our rooms. He took his time, did not complain nor raise the price, and did an excellent job. We could not be happier.

The owner scheduled a time for him to go over the areas to be cleaned and briefly but still thoroughly explained what he would do and provided the measurements of the areas he would be cleaning. I witnessed him measuring the areas to be cleaned and saw that not only was he quick and efficient, but very fair in the final quote provided. I knew what I to expect. I was told EXACTLY how the process would go and how to go about purchasing the sale offer BEFORE I contracted the service. He was very clear about everything, and always presented a happy, friendly costumer oriented demeanor. I am 100% positive any complaints about his service must have been due to customers changing the agreed to criteria or not fulfilling their responsibility of being home on time or prepared to pay the agreed to fee. As for quality, I was skeptical at first because his system appeared to use much less water and chemical than I anticipated, but the results were outstanding. The carpet literally looked near new and spots I thought were impossible to remove were nearly if not entirely gone. Although he cautioned about the carpet needing time to dry, it felt only the slightest bit damp following cleaning. I followed his instructions and allowed the carpet to dry overnight and it was 100% dry early the next morning.

He did an excellent job, and was really great. He tried to save me money. He was honest. I will use him again.

Went well in the beginning, but when the rugs were returned, the kitchen still had a stain. We asked them to take It back and try again. At that point the owner became sullen but took the rug. He returned in the agreed upon time but the stain was still there. He was now curt and unfriendly and threatened to sue us if we gave him a bad review

They seemed professional and prompt but did not service my area so I could not move forward with the service.

We missed his call on the day he was supposed to come and do the work and therefore were not home when I dropped by. I will take total responsibility for that as it was not his fault. However, after placing multiple calls and texts apologizing for the mistake and asking him if he would still like to do the work, we have not gotten any response. I understand if he does not want to do the job now that we have inconvenienced him, but at least have the professional courtesy to let us know so that we can engage another contractor.
