They were responsive via phone. The technician was no nonsense. The only issue he had was finding an outlet with enough volts to run the machine. We had to flip the breaker four times so he had enough power to complete the job. It's an older house so it makes sense but it was a little inconvenient. I would ask theme how many volts they need to run their equipment. We had a old house so our outlets were not as well constructed/laid out.

It was great. He scheduled it right away. He was on time.

Hugh with Hews Carpet Care (HCC) did a great job of cleaning the carpets. It was refreshing moving in to a new home with freshly-cleaned carpets. Many of the stains that were on the carpet when I moved in were cleaned and removed. While I thought the value for the money received for the carpet cleaning was great, I thought the price for the dryer vent cleaning ($150) was a bit high as this can be done for at least half the cost with other providers. Hugh did a good job of cleaning it though. I would hire HCC in the future.

Excellent responsiveness, timeliness, and professionalism. Even recommended that we not clean certain areas of carpets that were protected by furniture and that we had anticipated cleaning - at a savings to us! Hew is an old-fashioned and highly trustworthy. A real gem.

Hew is wonderful and extremely careful and thorough. He takes his time to do the job right and gives advice on how to keep the carpets clean and stain free. Our carpets look fabulous. This is a rental townhouse in fBrambleton and the carpets look like rental carpets, that is until Hew got done with them. I have absolute confidence in him to do the job right. He gets along with dogs and cats and isn't bothered by them as he works. He is pleasant and easy going and comfortable to have in our home.

Hew's was great, they showed up on time, cleaned our carpets and even gave us booties to where until the carpet dried.

Hew's was very professional, punctual, friendly and efficient. They managed to get out two large stains in berber carpet. I have no complaints with service and would use them again even if I didn't have an Angie's Deal.

I have always used them and they have a great. Hew himself does the work. He went out of his way to arrive at 6am to accommodate to my schedule.

Hugh got all the spots out, even the ones that I had tried several times to remove. He gave us shoe covers to wear on our feet so we didn't get the rugs dirty before they dried. He was polite, sociable, on time, and efficient. He is a very nice guy. This is the second time I have had him clean them and I'm just as happy as I was the first time.

The man does not listen. I purchased the deal and called him to schedule and told him what needed to be done, when he showed up, he said that he only does wall-to-wall work. So the work was not performed. There was miscommunication and he should specific and highlight the he only does wall-to-wall work and should not have scheduled the appointment for a job he could not do.

Contacted to schedule, showed up as expected, and took care of the cleaning promptly - stain was removed.

Hugh is just awesome. He did an amazing job on our 10 year old carpet. We were getting ready to list our house to sell, and needed to have someone to "work a miracle." Hugh did. This is the second time we have used him, and I would not use anyone else. We loved having him in our home, and feel very comfortable that he is working very hard to get the job done. He has a great personality and work ethic. We will use him again if our house does not sell this Fall. It will go back on the market in the Spring.

The man was very friendly and he did a great job cleaning up spots and stains left by the previous owner. He was prompt in his arrival and was right on time with his estimate of how long it would take to clean everything and when it would be dry enough for us to move in.

I purchased a Big Deal with him for carpet cleaning. He emailed me right away, and after a couple of back and forth emails, he mentioned that he did not move furniture, which is what I wanted to have done for the carpet cleaning.

Hugh called ahead, arrived promptly, did a thorough job, and did not try to sell me additional products or services. He was very pleasant and professional. I would certainly use him again.

It was good. A small area to clean but no problems.

Hugh did a terrific job! He took time in getting the stains out. He is very good at what he does.....our carpets look great. After completing the job, he recommended we use fans to circulate the air to speed up the drying process. I said I didn't have any fans except ceiling fans, so he insisted we borrow two of his industrial size fans which he picked up the next day. I have NEVER had a carpet cleaning service to make such an offer. Hugh is a hard worker! He does all the work himself and takes pride in his work. I can't say enough good things about Hew's Carpet Care!!!! Thank you

Hew did an outstanding job with our carpets and furniture. He removed several stubborn stains from our carpet and even came back after-hours to re-treat a pet odor problem area. Highly recommend Hew's Carpet Care!

He has done an excellent job and he is very responsive sets it up quickly and comes out. He is very good and he works hard to get dirty spots taken care of and covered and knows what he is doing and has the equipment to do it.

My experience with them went very well. I was very pleased with them. He couldn't have been nicer. He was very efficient and very businesslike which was what I wanted. He measured the room and then he gave me the cost. It was a little bit more than the $99 but I had no problem. I think it came up to $247 and then minus the $99, I wowed him the difference. He did a wonderful job. He was very helpful and told me what I needed to do while it was drying. I followed his instructions and it looked great. I've been doing this all in my daughter's new house and it's mostly hardwood floors. There were two carpet areas and it looked so much better. I told them I would use them in the future.
