He arrived on time, was very friendly, did an excellent job, and left things clean. I would definitely use them again.

The big deal turned out quite well. The guy was very friendly and knew what he was doing. Everything turned out very good. He was on time, got the equipments, cleaned and the carpets looked better as they were new.

There were no issues about the service. They came out quickly.

Hugh has provided excellent customer service. He tried his best to fit my request in for a short notice. He spent a long time to clean the carpet and make sure they were clean. He was very detailed and did not rush through his job. One of the reasons that we have to hire Hugh is to fix the last carpet cleaning company's mistakes. We will definitely use Hew's again.

Hew's contacted me immediately after I purchased an Angie's List deal. They were flexible on the scheduling to meet my needs. Hew's showed up on time. We discussed the cleaning service to be performed and the areas to be cleaned. He was very friendly and professional. His cleaning was thorough and he performed the services I bought without any attempts to upsell. No messes left behind. The carpets looked fantastic when he was finished. No hidden charges or games. We could not have been happier with Hew's and will use them again without hesitation.

He was very responsive and quick to assist me. Unfortunately, with my being pregnant, the products (mainly the carpet protector) that he would have used wouldn't have been compatible with my current needs.

Very punctual and professional. The carpets were in bad need of a cleaning. This was the absolute best cleaning that these carpets have ever received. Came out looking new and I know they are at least 10 years old at this point. I told the cleaner that on previous cleanings from other vendors, the stains go away but seem to start re-appearing in a few weeks. So far that is not the case yet. I thought that the employee who came to the house was very good to work with and would welcome him again.

The owner Hew did all of the work himself. He is very clearly knowledgable in all aspects of carpeting. He was punctual, friendly and very professional. He was concerned that the carpet repairs would be difficult due to matching carpet patterns and the age of the carpet already installed. He did one of the 3 repairs and ensured that I was happy with it before proceeding to finish the work. The repairs were excellent, and saved us from considering purchasing new carpet. All of the wall-to-wall carpeting looks new after the cleaning. I had never had my oriental rugs cleaned and was amazed by the difference in how they look now. Because he was able to clean the rugs in place, he left industrial fans to ensure they dried quickly. Within 24 hours all of the rugs and carpet was completely dry. Hew made sure that I was 100% satisfied with the job. He returned to pick up the fans promptly the next day.

He was great to work with! He did a wonderful job. When he came back to pick up the fans and went through the whole house again to see if the carpets looked good. He was probably here for an additional hour cleaning spots that did not come out the first time. He was very thorough.

It was okay. Some of it is good. Some were expected. They were pretty professional. The carpets were not stained too badly so they did what they had to do. I don't really do this kind of service on a regular basis so I have no idea how much the other guys charge.

They were professional and did a good job. I wouldn't go through A List for them again though because for one thing, I prepaid and then found the dates I needed wouldn't work. Thankfully they accommodated me and were flexible when we spoke. Also, the price was another $100 or so more than the Angie's coupon -- I'm sure my fault for not reading fine print but all in all I don't see the benefit of having taken this route. At end of the day the price and quality is same as others I've used . So basically Hue's was fine and good, just didn't need this middle route

It was fantastic. We were more than pleasantly surprised.

The deal didn't work out for me because I wasn't clear on the wording of the deal. I was under the impression that the deal would be just $99. He let me know that the $200 only covered 350 square feet and that since my house was larger, there would be extra fees. Since I was not anticipating this, I requested a refund for the deal. He did not have any argument with me.

There is still dog hair on the bottoms of the rugs--appears they cleaned the tops, but not the bottoms.

The work was estimated during the first visit and accomplished on time and efficiently during the scheduled appointment. Highly recommend Hew's - very polite and professional service.

The owner of the company did the work himself. He was professional, polite, timely and a pleasure to deal with.

The rug cleaning was done very nicely, but it took almost twice as long as anticipated. The write up said two weeks and it took a full month.

The service was fine. There was no additional cost to the $50 Big Deal that I am aware of; my wife took care of it. They were pretty prompt.

Several of the rugs/carpeting were heavily stained/soiled to the point that we thought the carpets would have to be replaced. Hews spent the time to treat each stain/soiled area using a variety of cleansers. He did such a good job that we no longer feel the need to replace them. Several people who saw the rugs/carpets both before and after cleaning could not believe how clean they looked, and asked for Hews contact info. We definitely would use Hews again.
