On time, polite and friendly, worked hard, great results. I was very pleased and will have them back.

Provider cleaned two rooms and a hallway for $99. This equated to 350 square feet. Service was good and provider was professional. The provider responded immediately to my request to have the carpets cleaned as soon as possible. He came the next day. He arrived promptly at the appointed time. Carpets looked exceptionally bright when the provider finished. Almost like new.

In addition we discussed the carpet fibers and cells and decided to treat with a scotch guarding to make any future stains easier to clean up. I'd recommend Hew's and will use them again.

Hew showed up on time, called before he arrived and started to work immediately. Worked diligently until the job was complete and did a great job - we will definitely use him again. He managed to get out a really bad pet stain from sick dog that we tried and tried on without satisfactory results. You can't even see the stain now. Well done Hew!

Mr. Hew is the best. Thorough, professional, on time, and even left some extra spray for mites in areas that we did not pay hime to treat.

Hugh did a great job. I liked that Hugh himself did the work--he didn't outsource it to others. He was professional, friendly with us and our kids, and did a great job.

Hew works very hard. The problem is he is alone. Which makes it hard for him to move larger items. If I wasn't able to help some things just wouldn't get moved. Overall good deal.

It was fine. I was satisfied from the service. They did a good job. They came out promptly.

I bought the coupon and then had to pay the difference for the extra rooms, which I knew beforehand. He only charged me $80 to clean the extra rooms, which was a great deal based on the square footage charges I saw from other carpet cleaners. He was there on time and finished the work in the time he estimated. He pre-treated the stains on the carpet and they all came out. It looks like new and has helped us make the house look even better. We got an offer on our house within two weeks!!

Mr. Lobban arrived timely and was very nice & professional upon introduction. Mr. Lobban prepared an estimate for the stretching work that I requested and provided me with a figure of $270. I agreed to the cost and Mr. Lobban proceeded to do the stretching work. He indicated that he would use a "power stretcher" to complete both areas and would open up existing seams then "re-seam" them back together at the same joints. An acceptable amount of time passed and Mr. Lobban alerted me that he was finished & would like for me to inspect the work he had done. Upon inspection, the bubbles that needed to be flattened out were in fact gone, but the seams where he brought the carpeting together did not look good. Both seams were cut very unevenly and were extremely noticeable (seams were not noticeable at all before he started). I told Mr. Lobban that the current look of the seams was unacceptable and that I would expect not to see the seams when he's finished. Mr. Lobban proceeded to make additional adjustments to the areas and called me up a couple more times to take a look - each time noticing no difference than before. (I acknowledge that he continued to work on the seams, but nothing he did was helping.) Mr. Lobban then proceeded to cut larger pieces out of the carpeting and attempted to patch in some areas where the seams were not aligning correctly. However, during this process he both overglued the carpeting in several areas (glued patches of carpet fibers together on the surface of the carpeting) and the patch attempts looked worse than the seams ever did before. Mr. Lobban called me upstairs one final time and told me that "this was the best he could do". Upon final inspection, I told Mr. Lobban that I appreciated his efforts to fix the issue, but that the situation was getting worse instead of better. He indicated that he "would take $70 off the price", but I told Mr. Lobban that the work he did was completely unacceptable and that I was not prepared to pay any money towards what he did. Upon hearing that, Mr. Lobban left my home. The carpeting is in poor condition now and will either require a much more extensive repair or it will have to be replaced completely. I acknowledge that I did not pay Mr. Lobban any money for the attempted repairs, as we will now have to incur additional costs to repair the patch work that Mr. Lobban attempted, or possibly replace the carpeting completely.

My experience with them was fine. He came out exactly when he said he would and did the work that he was supposed to do. What stands out is the amount of time he took to make sure he got all the spots cleaned up. There was a lot of spots on the carpet.

That was good. They were punctual and they tried their best to get the stain out. They charged more for stairs. It was $36 more.

All went well. The provider was on-time, professional and did a great job.

I asked him if he uses a car mounted steam machine and he said yes. Turns out that's not the case. He uses a really old and scrappy carpet cleaning machine. I would go with someone who has newer equipment.

The only disappointment was there were no dryers. It was very wet and stayed that way for a couple of days. The only cost related issue was my surprise he would charge extra because I lived in an apartment on the 3rd floor and he had to haul his equipment to my apartment. The surprise was that he parked in the garage on the third floor and I even had an elevator so there was no extra walking - it would be the same walking as into a house. He still charged extra.

The carpet cleaning turned out well and they performed in my apartment. I was not around when they did the service.

Arrived on time, was very friendly, did an amazing job, and moved furniture to get underneath services. Used another company previously and they did a poor job. would definitely use Hew's again. Great Service

Great job and his industrial blowers really help. I am going to have him come back as soon as possible. I used a Craigs list guy this past summer. I got a craig's list quality job.

It was fine. I bought a coupon for $100 worth of carpet cleaning. He charged a pretty large amount to get rid of a 1x1 foot red stain. It was an extra $150. The overall job itself wasn't so great so the combination left a bad impression.

He was just really unprofessional with me. The apartment was open and that we would buzz him in and he pulled a little hissy fit because he thought he would have to park on the street and pay for street parking. When I told him about the work and the address he didn't seem to have a problem about it. I had taken off a work day to go and meet him. He did a fine job with the actual cleaning itself, but his professionalism was horrible.
