Description of Work: Hew cleaned a well trafficked area. He cleaned hallway, entrance and my room..The work was excellent. Hew was also very nice and easy to work with. Would recommend him and would have him back. He not only does exceptional work but is also a person of good character.

Description of Work: This was by far THE BEST CARPET CLEANING I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Hew's Carpet Care so exceeded my expectations that I'll only use their company in the future for all my carpet cleaning needs. The attention to detail was outstanding! Hugh, who cleaned my carpets was very professional. He patiently answered all my questions and address all my concerns. After completing my carpet cleaning, he left us heavy-duty floor fans to dry my stairs and told me once it dried to call if any spots returned. The carpets looked beautiful and so clean!! I did have a few spots return a week later, in high-traffic areas, and contacted him and he came back out twice and recleaned those areas. I've NEVER had a company care that much about the quality of their work. I only wish I had discovered Hew's Carpet Care sooner. For this carpet cleaning, I used the $99.00 coupon on Angie's List and Hugh told me I could reuse the coupon in the future. I would definitely recommend Hew's to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned. They are truly impressive!!!

Description of Work: Hew cleaned our whole house--8 areas plus a stairway. He arrived on time at 8:30 and worked tirelessly until done, around 12:30. He expected me to help move heavy furniture, which I did. He got nearly every stain out of our 20-year old carpets. He uses a truck-mounted machine and does not try to sell up to "deluxe" services or other special treatments. The $450 price includes the cost of the $200 discount coupon that I purchased from Angie's List.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets. They looked good when he left but after a few days all of the stains showed through! He had very old antiquated equipment and I found that very strange. I could have rented a machine to do a better job!
