They come in and get right to work. It takes them about 4 hours. I've asked them to not bring in outside supplies they're very good to use the supplies that I have on hand. If I think that something needs to be redone, he himself comes and puts things right. They've been very flexible and adaptable with us. They are absolutely straight up honest - never stolen anything from us or anything. They're good with pets and kids. They are also very cheerful and pleasant.

They come every two weeks. They do good work. They have been punctual every single time they come.

When I first met Mr. Munevar he was warm and understanding. His company was recommended to me by my sister. I'll admit that the job I hired him for was BIG! Not because my house is huge but because nothing had been cleaning in a long time. Anyway, Gerardo did a walk thru of the house, said $600 to clean everything from top to bottom including cleaning windows (inside only) and doing dishes. Lots of dishes! He said they would start on Monday the 8th and work for as many days as it took (9-5) to get the house the way I wanted it and $600 was inclusive of everything I wanted. When they were finally done on Tues the 9th, at first glance I was so happy. They house looked and smelled better than ever! Floors vacuumed and mopped. It was wonderful. Upon closer inspection I discovered the wood surfaces in my home had only been Swiffered and not Pledged. I discovered the only cleaning done in the basement was vacuuming. No dusting or glass surfaces cleaned. Plus, trash was left instead of thrown away. I discovered NONE of the windows had been cleaned. I discovered a chair had been broken and items moved and not returned to their original places. I called and explained things to Gerardo and he said that they would not charge me for the next cleaning. The very next day I discovered that at least half of the dishes that Gerardo said he cleaned were, in fact, still dirty and mixed in with clean dishes. This of course means that I will have to re-wash everything. I'd had enough. I told Gerardo that I would not be engaging them to return. I said that because they had done such a poor job this time I would not be able to trush them going forward that they would actually do what I paid them to do. I asked him to return my key, which he did. Unfortunately, he took my money and failed to do anything close to a good job. Again, the job was a big job and I understand it was hard. But I hired him to do a job and he didn't do it. So disappointed.
